FAITH THAT CANNOT FAIL 11
— FAITH IS PERSISTENT 3
“But you need to stick it out, staying with God’s plan so you’ll be there for the promised completion.”
Hebrews 10:36 (Message)
Giving up or quitting is not an option. The perseverance of faith has nothing to do with giving up.
As I explained yesterday, perseverance of faith is the quality of faith that makes you stay with God’s plan and His word no matter the difficult circumstances without compromising.
You can read yesterday’s episode again to understand perseverance through the example of Jesus.
Again, in yesterday’s episode, I pointed out three ways you can demonstrate the persistence of faith. These are:
1. Prayer
2. Continuous declaration of what God said.
3. Taking bold action.
Faith is not silent; faith speaks! Faith vocalizes what God says. Wherever there is faith, there is also the speaking of what God has said!
“Since we have the same spirit of faith according to what has been written, “I believed, and so I spoke,” we also believe, and so we also speak” 2 Corinthians 4:13 (ESV).
As you continue to speak boldly in faith, you will also be moved to act the word. Faith is truly living when you take action.
Like the woman with the issue of blood, who got healed of her affliction when she touched the garment of Jesus. She kept saying to herself “If only I touch His garments, I will be healed.” (Mark 5:28, Berean Standard Bible).
The continuous speaking of the word of God in boldness will move you into action. Don’t keep quiet!
No matter how the situation becomes tough, don’t change your confession. Continue speaking and acting in faith.
Don’t doubt your prayers. Don’t assume the prayers wouldn’t work.
Prayer is not one of the options. Prayer is the first strategy of every man of faith. It takes humility to pray (2 Chronicles 7:14). And it takes confidence or total trust in God to pray (Proverbs 3:5-6).
You must have the confidence that whatever you ask for in prayer to God you will receive. When you stop praying or refuse to be persistent in prayer, you are demonstrating faithlessness in God.
As part of Jesus teaching His disciples on prayer, He also taught them to persist in prayer.
To persist in prayer is to enforce the word of God and to demand an answer no matter the matter.
Like I previously said, when you pray for an hour each day and don’t get the expected results, make time to pray for more hours in faith until you fully have the conviction of the answer in your spirit!
Your persistence in prayer is not faithlessness.
This was how the Lord illustrated persistence in faith:
“Then Jesus gave this illustration: “Imagine what would happen if you were to go to one of your friends in the middle of the night and pound on his door and shout, ‘Please! Do you have some food you can spare? A friend just arrived at my house unexpectedly and I have nothing to serve him.’ But your friend says, ‘Why are you bothering me? The door’s locked and my family and I are all in bed. Do you expect me to get up and give you our food?’ But listen—because of your shameless impudence, even though it’s the middle of the night, your friend will get up out of his bed and give you all that you need. So it is with your prayers. Ask and you’ll receive. Seek and you’ll discover. Knock on heaven’s door, and it will one day open for you. Every persistent person will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he needs. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door.“ Luke 11:5-10 (TPT)
This is amazing!
From the illustration Jesus gave, you must:
2. God is the best friend and Father you can run to for help at all times.
3. You must have shameless impudence!
4. Every persistent person can have what they ask for.
For you to be persistent is to be shamelessly impudent. In this sense, it means you must be bold, forward, audacious and presumptuous (as in not observing any form of limitation).
Don’t cower or recoil simply because you have not seen any answer yet. Be persistent!
Continue shamelessly in prayer to God, until you see the change you are looking for or the manifestation of the word!
Remember being persistent is not faithlessness but rather a consistent attitude of faith.
Hallelujah!
– Prayer is my first strategy.
– I don’t cower or recoil, I am persistent.
I continue shamelessly in prayer

Every persistent person will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he needs. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door

Until I see the manifestation of the things that I have spoken, I don’t give up
Thank You Dear Lord
Thank you Lord Jesus.
We were thought that continuously asking for a particular thing is you being faithless because if you ask once God has heard and he will answer.
But from the illustration and your explanation Apostle it’s so clear we have been thought wrong. Thank you Apostle.
I persist until I see that result.
I persist until I see enlargement.
I persist until I feel in my spirit the answer is here.
Help us Lord to be persistent
Glory to God
This is it! I persist in faith
Continuous speaking will make you act.

This Statement means so much to mee :
As you continue to speak boldly in faith, you will also be moved to act the word.
You being moved to act on the word means that Faith produces the energy you need to accomplish a task.
