GOD GIVES GRACE 7 —
Multiply Grace 1
“May God give you more and more grace and peace as you grow in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.”
2 Peter 1:2 (NLT)
The Grace of God brings rest and acceleration to you. The more you enjoy and walk in an abundant supply of grace, the more rest you enjoy.
The Lord makes His burdens light and His yoke easy through His supply of grace. Anything the Lord has put in our hearts to do can be carried out through grace.
As I have mentioned in the previous episode, you receive more grace through:
1. Faith
3. Prayer
Another core item which causes you to enjoy more and more grace is YOUR GROWTH IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD AND OF JESUS OUR LORD.
The more you grow in the knowledge of God and of our Lord Jesus, the more superabundance of grace gravitates towards you.
As you can see in the opening verse:
“May God give you more and more grace and peace as you grow in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.”
Most translations used the phrase:
“Grace and peace be MULTIPLIED…”
Others also put it this way:
“Grace and peace be yours in ABUNDANCE…”
Or “Grace and peace be lavished on you…”
All translations connect such lavish, multiplication or abundance of grace to the Knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
To have more and more grace simply means grace is lavishly multiplied in abundance to you.
And this is in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
You cannot have less flow of grace when you have the true intimate knowledge of God and of Jesus.
The knowledge of God in you is the transfusion of the light of God in your heart and the transformation of your mind. The knowledge of Jesus brings a mind shift and establishes you in the consciousness and the realm of endless possibilities.
The knowledge of Jesus exposes you to the endless resources of God at your disposal.
Take note:
Grace is the impartation of God’s blessings which provokes favor and magnetizes resources.
The measure of grace you carry determines the resources which gravitate to you and the resources which you can utilize.
When you got born again you were ushered into the realm of possibilities. However, your ignorance of this realm means you cannot take advantage of the possibilities of this glorious realm.
Grace is not only what God has given you, it is also the inward influence, ability and capacity to use what God has given to you.
How can you use what you don’t know?
This is where the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord becomes essential.
The moment you come into this perfect knowledge you can recognize and understand how to enjoy all that God has given you in Christ.
Don’t underestimate the need to increase in knowledge.
These will cause you to experience the immeasurable supply of God’s grace.
