THERE IS NO SUCCESS IN PROCRASTINATION
“Herald and preach the Word! Keep your sense of urgency [stand by, be at hand and ready], whether the opportunity seems to be favorable or unfavorable…”
2 Timothy 4:2 (AMPC)
Beloved, you can’t be a world changer or a global icon by mouth.
In as much as what you confess is important to your success, you must understand that your choice of action will determine the extent to which you may lead your generation.
Every great leader has a sense of urgency every day.
Consistent impact is born through a consistent routine.
It is not the Father’s will that you experience one-time success. He wants you to have daily success. To make a difference in your generation, take daily steps to make the dream of God in your heart a reality.
You can’t be one who procrastinates, wastes or spends time on non-essentials or things that don’t directly contribute to your target and vision.
You have to be disciplined to work towards your goal.
Until you maintain a strong sense of urgency concerning your goals, you may not be disciplined, diligent and consistent.
This is one of the great secrets to prosperity and greatness.
Be prompt to do it!
Whatever the Lord inspires or instructs you to do, do it with urgency. There is no time to waste.
Procrastination is a destroyer of destiny and fulfilment. Laziness is the act of the poor. And being lazy and wasting time doesn’t mean you are doing nothing. You can spend time doing something which doesn’t contribute to your action plan.
You have no sense of urgency when you spend time surfing the internet and watching funny clips when you should be praying.
Anything you do with your time must be an intentional step to contribute to your progress.
Refuse to be lazy. The lazy have no sense of urgency. They do things on their own time and not according to the standard of the assignment. Your routine must represent the level of greatness.
”The soul of a lazy man desires and has nothing, but the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.” Proverbs 13:4
Don’t just desire or wish to be successful and great. Be diligent in working towards your greatness.
”Diligent hands will rule, but laziness ends in forced labor.” Proverbs 12:24.
Diligence with a sense of urgency is a characteristic of all prosperous leaders who lead and transform their generation.
The Bible says that David rose early in the morning and went to the camp as his father had commanded. (1 Samuel 17:20).
And Abraham got up early in the morning to do what the Lord had instructed (Genesis 22:3-4).
You will find this sense of urgency, promptness and diligence with these great men in the scriptures.
They knew their success was in how they urgently acted on the instructions they received.
There is no success in procrastination.
How urgent are you working towards your goals for today, for the week, for the month and the upcoming year?
You can reach your target and maintain a sense of urgency!!!

Immediately the Lord instructs me, I move with the speed of the Holy Spirit, with great urgency…there is absolutely no time to waste!

Procrastination is very devilish and has delayed a lot of Great opportunities when people delay on every inspiration or instruction they receive it affects their action because the grace for is given immediately in accordance to the desired results so as you delay the fervency also goes down that makes you not even feel like executing it and that would have been the game changer for your life and what ever you are engaging in
so we must always be prompt to do because there is a grace at work for the results

Salvation is the only free thing in God…the rest are obtained only by labour, consistency, diligence and focus.
One can be busy yet will still fail. Being hard working alone isn’t enough. Some people are hard working towards staying on the internet to watch unproductive movie or videos.
The mindset that wins is the one that does not feel entitled but has an urgency mentality. Does things on time…is committed to.success and consistent.

I also have been a victim of making excuses for assignments and responsibilities when i fail. And i use the verse in Hebrews 4: 14 -16 to encourage myself.
But here is understanding. The scripture tells us that our high priest truly never made any excuse for error. He executed every assignment with ease. And he callled to us to come to him, to take His yoke which is light and His burden which iis easy so that we will find rest for our souls.
He gives us grace to go the extra mile and make no excuses.
I refuse to Procrastinate.
