FAITH THAT CANNOT FAIL 3
— BE FULL OF THE WORD!
“Faith, then, is birthed in a heart that responds to God’s anointed utterance of the Anointed One”
Romans 10:17 (TPT)
The faith of God is not generated automatically in your heart. It is birthed in your heart through the word of God.
It is not everyone that has faith (2 Thessalonians 3:2).
To have the faith of God you must receive His word. Until you hear and respond to the word, faith will not be birthed in your heart.
By grace you are saved through faith in Jesus (Ephesians 2:8). This faith comes by the reception of the gospel of Jesus which has been preached.
Now just as you received and came to Christ, even so, you must continue your walk in Him. You came to Christ by faith through His word.
You can only continue living consistently by faith through His word.
“In the same way you received Jesus our Lord and Messiah by faith, continue your journey of faith, progressing further into your union with Him!” Colossians 2:6 (TPT).
The just shall live by faith. Faith comes by hearing the word. Thus, you live by the word which produces faith.
You cannot have a strong faith-life without being absorbed by the word.
Like the example of Peter the apostle, I gave in other episodes. He was able to catch fish because he acted according to the word of the Lord. That is faith at work.
As long as you respond to the word without doubt, you will see faith at work.
When you allow the word of God to dominate your thoughts and imagination, it will change your estate. Your domain will always be designed by the thoughts which has dominated your heart and mind.
You act in doubt and fear because your mind is dominated by the negative condition. Don’t give your mind to negative reports (either from the outside world or from your own body). Believe in the report of the word.
What the word of God says about you and your situation is more real than how you feel.
The word of God is the wisdom of God. All things were made by His word; these include the organs of your body. If they were made according to the word of God, then they can function according to the word of God.
Sometimes the adversary uses a situation you are going through to sow seeds of death in your imagination.
Beloved, when you are overwhelmed by the fear of death, it means you are meditating on thoughts of death. Such thoughts can only be dealt with by setting your mind on what God has said in His word.
For example:
When you are struggling with a health condition. The adversary will begin to transmit thoughts of death into your heart.
Some believers hurriedly begin to quote scriptures. The quoting of scriptures doesn’t make the difference. It is the declaration of the Rhema-word (the revelation of the word in your heart) that makes the difference.
Some may be quoting the scriptures or making positive confessions out of fear. People may even say, “He was always quoting or speaking positively that he will not die or he will not be sick. How come this happened to him.”
First, take hold of the word of God. Don’t rush to declare the word. Take a moment to meditate on the word. You have to masticate the word in your heart. Mutter and regurgitate it as you create an imagination of life and strength.
So you take a scripture like:
“I shall not die, but I shall live, and recount the deeds of the LORD” Psalm 118:17 (ESV).
As you think about it (which is the first level of meditation), you minister the revelation of the word to yourself.
This is how you think and meditate on the word in your heart and on your lips using Psalm 118:17:
– “I shall not die but I live. I don’t just live, but I live with purpose. The purpose of declaring the great deeds of the Lord”.
– I am God’s workmanship created unto good works (Ephesians 2:10). Therefore I live for the good works of the Lord. I live to show forth the praises of Him who called me out of darkness (1 Peter 2:9).
– “For in death and in the grave who shall give God thanks?” (Psalm 6:5). My life is to show forth God’s glory and abound in thanksgiving. I am not done with my purpose on earth. “Therefore I shall not die!”
Then you begin to shout the word. You begin to declare the word by faith, through the revelation in your heart.
As you declare and shout it boldly, you direct your thoughts and imagination towards those glorious words. When the adversary brings up wrong images, you take your mind off that image and paint the right kind of picture you want to see in your life. This is according to the word of God in you.
You cannot be full of the word and not have the right picture in your heart. Every mental picture is created by thoughts.
Let your thoughts be flooded by the word of God.
No matter the situation persistently and confidently stick to the word.
In this kind of environment of the word, you exercise a dimension of faith which cannot fail.
Hallelujah!

When the word for God saturates your mind, God’s thought becomes your thought, and His ways your ways.
I don’t doubt the word of God
The faith of God in my heart cannot fail
This verse has been my meditation for sometime now, seeing it today’s Machaira meant alot to me. Hebrews 13:5-6Living Bible
5 Stay away from the love of money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never, never fail you nor forsake you.” 6 That is why we can say without any doubt or fear, “The Lord is my Helper, and I am not afraid of anything that mere man can do to me.”
I know that God always with me and He will cause me to use faith to produce results
I walk the WORD!
I talk the WORD!
I enrich my mind and heart with the WORD alone.
Hallelujah!
The WORD Works!
Glory to Jesus!
