    DISPENSE LIFE THROUGH YOUR WORDS

“The words of the godly are a life-giving fountain; the words of the wicked conceal violent intentions.”

    Proverbs 10:11 (NLT)

The life which is in Christ is in you. Therefore as He is a Life-giving Spirit, even so are you a life-giving spirit.

You have the capacity to dispense life unto others just as Jesus did.

How did Jesus dispense life unto others?

Jesus dispensed His life through the communication of the Word.

His words were not mere utterances of vocabulary. His words were not mere sounds of aggregated alphabets.

His words were soaked and saturated with the Spirit and Life.

They were actually the embodiment of His Life and His Spirit.

“It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63 (NKJV)

You cannot have fellowship with His life without the communication of His word.

As He spoke words His disciples encountered life. At point when He asked His disciples if they will also leave as others left, Peter replied saying, “… Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.” (John 6:68)

You became born again through the work of the Spirit and the communication of the word of God. The born again is begotten by the Word of God.

“For through the eternal and living Word of God you have been born again. And this “seed” that he planted within you can never be destroyed but will live and grow inside of you forever.” 1Peter 1:23 (TPT)

The word of God is your  substance and essence. And the more you fellowship with the scriptures, the more the reality of the word comes alive in your heart. And it becomes life on your tongue.

The word in you, conditions your mind with wisdom. Every word you speak blesses lives.

As you can see in the opening verse:

“The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life and his words of wisdom are a source of blessing, But the mouth of the wicked conceals violence and evil.” Proverbs 10:11 (Amplified Bible)

Don’t just speak words, speak wisdom. Live as a life-giver. Don’t speak death or defeat.

As you speak forth God’s word, you are speaking forth the substance of the Spirit and Life unto men.

You are a life-giver, therefore walk in this truth!

What you do must be according to the Lord’s due order of greatness. Don’t just do things for God and call them great. It is the things which God has designed you to do that must be done. Whatever God has called you to do, the intention and purposes has been foreordained. Selah.

    YOU ARE A LIFE DISPENSER

“The Scriptures tell us, “The first man, Adam, became a living person.” But the last Adam—that is, Christ—is a life-giving Spirit”

    1 Corinthians 15:45 (NLT)

As I wrote in the previous episode, “The Best Comes Out of You”,  I explained that the born again has the divine life as his or her life. And he is also a partaker of God’s nature.

God dwells in you through the Spirit. The Holy Spirit in you also means you have the capacity to express God, just as Jesus did.

The expression of God is the reality of the believer as one brought into sonship.

To express God is to demonstrate and dispense His life.

Jesus said, “…I am come that you have life and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10).

Jesus didn’t come to dispense death nor darkness because He is LIFE. And His Life is the light of men.

He said to Martha, “I am the resurrection, and the Life”

Anything that comes out of Jesus is LIFE.

He is not as the first Adam who is a living soul. Paul the Apostle refers to him as the Life-giving Spirit.

“The Scriptures tell us, “The first man, Adam, became a living person.” But the last Adam—that is, Christ—is a life-giving Spirit” 1 Corinthians 15:45 (NLT)

And the beautiful thing is this, as the Lord is so are you.

As He is Light, so has He made us Light (John 8:12; Matthew 5:14).

As He is righteous, even so has He made us the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). As He is a King, He has made us kings and priests (Revelation 1:6).

Therefore as He is a Life-giving Spirit, He has also made us life-giving spirits.

As a born again, you don’t only have the life of God, you have the capacity of God to shine forth His light and show forth His glory!

You have the capacity and the mandate to bring many into the participation of His life.

As one whose spirit is mingled with the life-giving Spirit, you have the ability to dispense the life of God in every place.

Which means darkness and anything of death cannot prevail in your sphere.

Go forth this day as a distributor of the Life of God.

    WISDOM IS THE PRINCIPAL THING

“I empower kings to reign and rulers to make laws that are just.”

     Proverbs 8:15 (TPT)

The born-again in Christ is translated from the power of darkness into the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus.

In His Kingdom, we are all made Kings and Priests.

“and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.
To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.”
    Revelation 1:5-6 (NKJV)

Our reign as kings in Christ doesn’t begin after this present world has come to an end. Our reign as kings in Christ is not for the future. It is a NOW responsibility.

The scripture says “He has made us…”, which means He is not now trying or planning to make us kings and priests.

Concerning the saved ones, God says:

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” 1 Peter 2:9 (NKJV)

You are part of the Lord’s nation of kinging-priests. You have the mandate to reign or rule in your sphere, and how you reign is a display of God’s glory.

As kings in Christ, we are to lead our generation with WISDOM.

If, in case you are still wondering why you must love Wisdom, this is it:

    Wisdom empowers Kings to reign.

    Hear what Wisdom says:

“I empower kings to reign and rulers to make laws that are just. I empower princes to rise and take dominion, and generous ones to govern the earth.” Proverbs 8:15-16 (TPT)

How well do you want to influence your world?

How do you want to manifest God’s glory?

How do you want to lead your generation?

    Wisdom is the principal thing!

Be intentional about walking in Wisdom.

Remember, the Word of God is the constitution of Wisdom.

“Here are kingdom revelations, words to live by, and words of wisdom given to empower you to reign in life…” Proverbs 1:1 (TPT)

The impartation of the Word of God is the impartation of the revelation of Wisdom and spiritual understanding.

The more you fellowship with the Word of God, the more your thoughts are cultivated and shaped to be consistent with the Wisdom of God.

Beloved, Love Wisdom, for by her you are empowered to reign as a King.

    FUNCTION IN WISDOM

“So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise.”

    Ephesians 5:15 (NLT)

You can have the impartation of Wisdom and not walk in Wisdom.

A perfect example is Solomon. Solomon, who was well known as the wisest man, walked in foolishness at a point in his life.

To live by Wisdom is an intentional thing, though Wisdom is imparted. You must make a decision to function in Wisdom.

Christ is the Wisdom of God, this means that anyone who has received Christ has the Wisdom of God mingled in his or her spirit.

The born again in Christ has the Wisdom of God.

When Jesus came, He exuded a dimension of Wisdom no man had ever seen. His words and deeds were the demonstration of True Wisdom.

To walk in True Wisdom, follow the example or pattern of Jesus.
Any expression of Wisdom which doesn’t depict Christ is not complete. Christ is the only complete manifestation of Wisdom.

The more you live as Christ, the more you function in Wisdom.

Don’t esteem the wisdom of men above the wisdom of Christ. For the wisdom of men always have a limitation.

There was a poor wise man who used his wisdom to save a city and was not remembered. (Ecclesiastes 9:14-16)

The question I know you may ask is, “How can a wise man be poor?”

The issue is not whether he was remembered or not. The issue is why was he poor?

It is the limitation of his wisdom. The wise man had the wisdom to save a city, but might not know how to save himself from poverty.

But also being rich does not mean you cannot be seen as a fool before God. Having riches doesn’t mean you are wise (Luke 12:20)

The Wisdom of God is able to help you make the right decisions in all things.

This is why you should behold Jesus, who is the embodiment of True Wisdom.

Our Lord Jesus exudes the mastery of Wisdom in all things. He lacked nothing because, by His Wisdom, He knew how to make things respond to Him.

The more the life of Christ finds expression through you, the greater Wisdom is seen in you.

To practice True Wisdom is to live as Christ.

    RELEASE SWEETNESS TO YOUR SOUL

“Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.”

    Proverbs 16:24 (KJV)

Words are carriers of atmospheres and change factors.

Things don’t just happen to people. People don’t just swing into moods. Your state of mind doesn’t just happen.

How you think about life, others, and even yourself is a result of the words you think on.

Your present state of mind is a result of words. You cannot separate words from the existence of men.

At His speaking, He commanded light into the chaotic universe. All that God created in His universe was by words.

By His words, the oceans’ depths were poured out, all glorious fountains overflowed with water, the subterranean fountains began to flow strongly, and spoke the decrees of the seas, commanding the waves so that they wouldn’t overstep their boundaries.

His words sculpted the mountains and raised up the hills. The fields, even the first atom of dust, came by His word. His words hung the tapestry of the heavens and stretched out the horizon of the earth.
His words set the clouds and skies in place and also set in place the pillars of the earth.

Before God formed man, He spoke forth His intentions.

“And God said, “Let us make man…” (Genesis 1:26).

After creating man, He blessed (programmed) man with words.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Genesis 1:28 (KJV)

Everything you see around you came into being by words and responds to words.

Your life is a product of words. You cannot live above the words you keep uttering.

“Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose” Proverbs 18:21 (The Message)

Choose words that give life. Be intentional or mindful of the words you speak. Don’t speak doubt, defeat, or discouraging words.

Speak forth the reality of God concerning you. Speak the Goodnews of Jesus.

“Nothing is more appealing than speaking beautiful, life-giving words. For they release sweetness to our souls and inner healing to our spirits.” Proverbs 16:24 (TPT)

Jesus is a life-giving spirit. To speak life-giving words means you are speaking words which are consistent with the testimony of Jesus about you.

Don’t speak of incapability. His grace is sufficient for you.

This is why you must grow in the revelation of the gospel of Jesus.

To speak sweetness to your soul, say what God has said to you.

“How sweet are Your words to my taste—sweeter than honey in my mouth” (Psalm 119:103)

By the life-giving words you speak, you release sweetness into your soul.

    This is the secret:

    to have a sound mind.

to be established and certain in your choices. It means your will is strengthened and subdued by the perfect will of God.

to possess well-guided and Holy Spirit influenced will.

    to have a healthy life.

Don’t allow chaos and distress to germinate in your soul. Release sweetness into your soul by speaking life-giving words.

To lead your generation you must see the best of Hope in people. When you start seeing the best of God in others, you will go to every extent to bring out the beauty you see in them. Dearly beloved Leader, learn to see the best in people.

    HONOUR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER

“Honour thy father and mother,” which is the first commandment with promise”

    Ephesians 6:2 (KJV)

As part of the many commandments God gave His people, He specifically commanded that they honour their fathers and mothers.

It was the first commandment which had a blessing directly connected to it.

“Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.” Exodus 20:12 (KJV)

Get this, God transmitted the gift of life and gave you the opportunity to exist through the union of your father and mother. Without them (whether by intention or mistake), you wouldn’t have entered time.

Honouring your father and mother is not a mere regulation but a principle of wisdom that gives you an advantage for a long life.

It wasn’t a commandment scripted by fathers and mothers to bully their children. It is an age-long commandment designed by God to give children an advantage or a long life. And it remains relevant with its blessings even today.

One of the key things to do to lengthen your days in time is to honour your father and mother.

This commandment is a cheat code for long life. And those who take heed to it shall enjoy the satisfaction thereof.

This commandment doesn’t come with any “if clause”.
The Lord did not say honour your father and mother, if they are born again or “Christians”.

He didn’t say honour your father and mother, if they are rich or wealthy and popular.

He didn’t say honour your father and mother, if only they always agree with you and do your bidding.

The Lord didn’t say honour father and mother if they are not wicked or ungodly.

The matter of honouring your father and mother is constant, irrespective of what or who they are.

To honour is also not the same as to obey. To obey your parents is to carry out their instructions. However, in the order of hierarchy, it is always important to obey the Lord first. Thus, in obeying your parents, you don’t just do anything at all, which wouldn’t bring glory and praise to God.

And if you are to obey the Lord first, then you must diligently and intentionally honour your parents because it is a command of God which you must obey!

When it comes to honouring your parents, there are no exemptions.

The commandment is to HONOUR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER…

You have to honour your father and mother irrespective of your age, beliefs or religiousity, social status, and class. It doesn’t matter whether you are 50 years, 30 years, 80 years, or one with many children, you must still honour your father and mother.

This demonstration of honour brings harmony and peace within the family set up.

Your father and mother may not only be biological, but also those who nurtured you to advance or flourish in age and gave meaning to your existence.

These kinds of fathers and mothers are life-sustainers and God’s investments.

To honour is to value as precious.

Read the opening verse in the Amplified Bible:

“HONOR [esteem, value as precious] YOUR FATHER AND YOUR MOTHER [and be respectful to them]—this is the first commandment with a promise” Ephesians 6:2 (Amplified Bible)

How do you esteem your father and mother?

How do you value your father and mother?

How do you care for your father and mother?

How precious are they to you?

How do you make them enjoy the satisfaction of life?

Do you speak evil of them?
Do you give the opportunity for others to disrespect and dishonour them?

Go to every extent to make them feel honoured.

Until you learn to esteem your father and mother, you have not yet proven yourself to be wise.
