Beloved, you can accomplish great things by the immeasurable grace of God. Have the Faith that God has supplied you with abundance of grace (ability, favor and earthly blessings) to do what He has ordained you to do. Walk daily in this consciousness. Shalom!

God’s priceless response to Moses is all you need to hear or read today:

“But the Lord said to Moses, “Don’t limit my power! You will see that I can do what I say I can do.” Numbers 11:23 (ERV)

Beloved, what has God said to you?

    Don’t doubt Him.

Don’t limit the workings of His power in your life through unbelief.

Sometimes when you look at the money in your hand and all the savings or investments you have made or going to make for the next ten (10) years, you will still not have enough for the task ahead. But cheer up!

The supply of the Lord is not dependent on your bank balance. The supply of the Lord is according to His own riches and grace. Oh, glory to God.

That project is possible if you can only trust and obey the Lord’s word.

Nothing is impossible with God. Stop doubting Him. Stop acting according to your strength.

Take hold of faith and stand in God. The time when it seems impossible is the time you must increase in boldness. Don’t turn back! Don’t run from the battle. Don’t drop your weapons. Faith has no reverse gear. March forward and don’t settle for less.

You can get the job done.

Have and maintain your strong confidence in the power of God’s Word, that He will do what He says He will do.

Don’t allow your present condition or challenge to make you back down. Step out and step up in faith today and this week.

The grace of God is sufficient for you.

Don’t give room to any limitation in your mind.

You can have exceptional results as you exercise boldness in the Lord.

    Hallelujah

    REFUSE TO BE DISCOURAGED

“Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.”

    Ephesians 6:16 (KJV)

Most people acknowledge that bitterness is a poisonous attack of the enemy. However, not all view discouragement as a poisonous attack by the enemy.

Most assume that to feel discouraged is a mere emotional condition. However, feeling discouraged is the collapse of your convictions in God’s ability to help you.

The adversary will use your failures, seeming stagnation, disappointments and spiteful utterances from people around you.

When you continue to allow people to talk down on the impact of God and His word in your life, they break your confidence and leave you discouraged.

“Their wounding words pierce my heart over and over while they say, “Where is this God of yours?” So I say to my soul, “Don’t be discouraged. Don’t be disturbed. For I know my God will break through for me.” Then I’ll have plenty of reasons to praise him all over again. Yes, living before his face is my saving grace!” Psalm 42:10-11 (TPT)

There are words or certain utterances which are designed to pierce and wound your heart. The goal is to leave you discouraged.

Don’t keep quiet to allow negative words to ruin your courage.

Boldly vocalize your faith in God.

The Psalmist said in the above verse, “So I say to my soul”.

    Oh, glory!

In the face of discouraging situations, what do you say to your soul?

Do you amplify your discouragements, or do you speak forth the word of God?

When Goliath saw David, he despised him. He spoke denigrating words, just to discourage and destroy the defenses of David.

But that didn’t work with David. David geared up his spiritual arsenal.

“As the Philistine paced back and forth, his shield bearer in front of him, he noticed David. He took one look down on him and sneered—a mere boy, apple-cheeked and peach-fuzzed. The Philistine ridiculed David. “Am I a dog that you come after me with a stick?” And he cursed him by his gods. “Come on,” said the Philistine. “I’ll make roadkill of you for the buzzards. I’ll turn you into a tasty morsel for the field mice.” 1 Samuel 17:41-44 (Message)

Was David moved by these threats of Goliath?

    Not at all.

Was he discouraged by Goliath’s ridicule and curses?

    Not at all.

David answered, “You come at me with sword and spear and battle-ax. I come at you in the name of God-of-the-Angel-Armies, the God of Israel’s troops, whom you curse and mock. This very day God is handing you over to me. I’m about to kill you, cut off your head, and serve up your body and the bodies of your Philistine buddies to the crows and coyotes. The whole earth will know that there’s an extraordinary God in Israel. And everyone gathered here will learn that God doesn’t save by means of sword or spear. The battle belongs to God—he’s handing you to us on a platter!” 1 Samuel 17:45-47 (Message)

The battle between David and Goliath gives us a pictorial view of our spiritual warfare. Though Goliath was physically armoured, he confronted David by invoking the presence of the Philistine gods (Or demonic entities).

    It was a spiritual warfare.

David showed us how to win and exercise our victory.

He vocalized his confidence in God. The boldness of David in God was all that he needed to exercise victory over Goliath, the Philistines and their gods.

David knew the victory over Goliath and the armies of the Philistines was to show forth the extraordinary power and glory of God.

David didn’t just demonstrate his confidence and courage in God through words. He demonstrated it through his actions. He never backed out at any time. Even when Goliath charged at him, he charged even more, running at Goliath and the Philistines.

What a young man of faith!

He gave no chance for intimidation.

“That roused the Philistine, and he started toward David. David took off from the front line, running toward the Philistine. David reached into his pocket for a stone, slung it, and hit the Philistine hard in the forehead, embedding the stone deeply. The Philistine crashed, facedown in the dirt. That’s how David beat the Philistine—with a sling and a stone. He hit him and killed him. No sword for David! Then David ran up to the Philistine and stood over him, pulled the giant’s sword from its sheath, and finished the job by cutting off his head. When the Philistines saw that their great champion was dead, they scattered, running for their lives.” 1 Samuel 17:48 – 51 (Message).

Beloved, learn to stay strong on the word. Give no place to the devil and his cohorts.

James said, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7).

Just as David did, he didn’t confront Goliath in the might of the flesh, but in the name of the Lord.

Submit your mind, thoughts, and emotions to the Lord. Act according to who God is and not by the threats of the devil.

David was aware of the devices of Goliath; therefore, he didn’t depend on the weapons of men but deployed the ability of the Lord Almighty as his armour.

Anyone who is not fully established in Truth will be tossed by every wind of doctrine. Such a person lacks the readiness of mind to function according to divine purpose. Beloved, get rooted and established in Truth (which is the revelation of Jesus). Selah.
    Apostle Bennie
    Author

Abraham stood on God’s word and had confidence that God had all the power to do or fulfill His promises.

This is how daring faith acts out the word of God.

Daring faith caused mothers to receive back their dead children.

Consider the example of the Shunammite; when her son died, she didn’t go about announcing. She remains composed in faith. Even when the husband asked about the child, she said “ALL IS WELL”.

Don’t water down that phrase, ALL IS WELL. It wasn’t a remark of hopelessness. All is well is a bold remark of faith in the face of adversity.

She went to the Prophet Elisha with great confidence that her child would be restored to life. (2 Kings 4:18-37)

Faith is daring and doesn’t kowtow to negative news, nor to challenges and situations which contradict God’s word.

Be daring in faith, knowing that God will do what He says He will do. Don’t doubt the word of God.

STORE UP THE WORD IN YOUR HEART

“Receive, please, instruction from His mouth, And lay up His words in your heart”

    Job 22:22 (NKJV)

What you have in your heart is what distinguishes you. The difference between those who bring change to their world and those who struggle to make an impact lies in what they have in their heart.

Your heart is the governing seat of the Spirit.

God cannot do anything through you beyond the condition of your heart.

The state of your heart defines the extent you go with God.
A wicked heart will produce wickedness. A merry heart will produce joy in his or her sphere.

Whatever we see happen in our world is essentially the product of the condition of the hearts of men who have influence in the society.

One cannot manifest what he has not conceived in his heart. When you conceive evil, you will produce evil. When you conceive blessings and beauty, you will produce blessings and beauty.

”Peter asked Him, “Explain this parable [about what defiles a person] to us.” And He said, “Are you still so dull [and unable to put things together]? Do you not understand that whatever goes into the mouth passes into the stomach, and is eliminated? But whatever [word] comes out of the mouth comes from the heart, and this is what defiles and dishonors the man. For out of the heart come evil thoughts and plans, murders, adulteries, sexual immoralities, thefts, false testimonies, slanders (verbal abuse, irreverent speech, blaspheming).” Matthew 15:16-19 (Amplified Bible)

    See this also:

“For the godless are barren: they can produce nothing truly good. God’s fire consumes them with all their possessions. The only thing they can ‘conceive’ is sin, and their hearts give birth only to wickedness Job 15:34-35 (TLB)
When you conceive failure, defeats, poverty, wickedness, hatred, envy and afflictions in your heart, that is what you will manifest or express.

Men, by their nature and their culturing without the word of God, are selfish at heart.

And a selfish heart breeds envy, hatred, anger, wicked thoughts etc.

“The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is?” Jeremiah 17:9 (NLT).

    See also: Genesis 6:5; 8:21; Ephesians 4:22.
This is why at your new birth in Christ, God took away the stony heart to give you the new heart of grace.
The Lord declared this through the Prophet Ezekiel,

“Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean. Your filth will be washed away, and you will no longer worship idols. And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. Ezekiel 36:25-26 (NLT).

    See also 2 Corinthians 3:3; Jeremiah 24:7; Psalm 51:10.
Now in as much as at new birth the Lord gave you a responsive heart, your heart must be cultivated and nurtured with the Word of God.
The Word of God is the revelation of God’s wisdom, His goodness and character.

To demonstrate and express the character of God, you need the Word in your heart.

“How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word. With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you” Psalm 119:9-11 (ESV)

When your heart is cultivated by the Word of God through meditation, you conceptualise God’s goodness, prosperity, good success and glory.

Your faith is governed by your personal revelation. When you have a personal revelation of the Word, you can have personal daily victories of faith. Selah.
    Apostle Bennie
    Author
Again, it doesn’t mean God afflicts people with sickness and diseases to show His glory, but rather, when the adversary strikes people with any infirmities, because of God’s healing power, many see God’s glory and give praise to Him.

Now, Mary and Martha were to hold on to that message and allow it to define their composure.

Nevertheless, Martha, for example, argued and doubted the decision of Jesus to roll away Lazarus’ tomb.
Look at this, John 11:38-40 (TPT):
”Then Jesus, with intense emotions, came to the tomb—a cave with a stone placed over its entrance. Jesus told them, “Roll away the stone.” Then Martha said, “But Lord, it’s been four days since he died—by now his body is already decomposing!” Jesus looked at her and said, “Didn’t I tell you that if you will believe in me, you will see God unveil his power?”

I believe Jesus had to look at her with astonishment, because before this time, He had said a lot to Martha and Mary about being the resurrection and the life. Martha was not holding on to the Words of Jesus.
Until you hold on to the Word of God, you will not demonstrate absolute confidence in God.
“So they rolled away the heavy stone. Jesus gazed into heaven and said, “Father, thank you that you have heard my prayer, for you listen to every word I speak. Now, so that these who stand here with me will believe that you have sent me to the earth as your messenger, I will use the power you have given me.” Then with a loud voice Jesus shouted with authority: “Lazarus! Come out of the tomb!” Then in front of everyone, Lazarus, who had died four days earlier, slowly hobbled out—he still had grave clothes tightly wrapped around his hands and feet and covering his face! Jesus said to them, “Unwrap him and let him loose.” From that day forward many of those who had come to visit Mary believed in him, for they had seen with their own eyes this amazing miracle! John 11:41-45 (TPT).

    Oh Hallelujah.

Beloved, the word of the Lord is true and absolute.

    VALUE THE WORD OF GOD

“For whoever has [spiritual wisdom because he is receptive to God’s word], to him more will be given, and he will be richly and abundantly supplied; but whoever does not have [spiritual wisdom because he has devalued God’s word], even what he has will be taken away from him.”

    Matthew 13:12 (Amplified Bible)

You cannot enjoy divine intervention without the word of God.

The word of God is given to us as our advantage.

You cannot enjoy your inheritance in the Lord without the knowledge of the word.

The word of God contains all that the Lord has accomplished for you.

Not to commit yourself to the word is to expose yourself to deception and error.

“Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.” Psalm 119:195 (NLT)

With the word, you cannot miss your way through the journey of life.

The word of God works; however, it profits those who value it.

Anyone who doesn’t value the word of God doesn’t value his or her life.

When you pray to God for help, the first thing He will send you is His word. So as you are devaluing the word of the Lord, you are turning away from your help.

To value the word is to listen and take heed of the word with an open, teachable heart.

To value the word is to esteem the word of God as life. This means that the word becomes your priority and the driving force of your decisions or choices.

When you stand and act by the word, you can make a greater harvest no matter the challenge which confronts you.

Anyone who doesn’t place value on the word will not make it a priority to understand and grasp the word. When you don’t understand the word, you will not have a strong grip on it; thus, the evil one comes and snatches it away.

When you value the word, you will make it your meditation and get the word deeply rooted in your heart.

Until the word is deeply rooted in your heart, the pressure or persecution will cause you to stumble and fall.

When you value the word, it will be so fruitful that the worries and distractions of the world and the deceitfulness [the superficial pleasures and delight] of riches cannot choke it or stop it from yielding fruits.

Do you value or devalue the word?

Your response must be according to the measure of your heart.

Your response determines how the word will profit you.

    Selah.
