What you do must be according to the Lord’s due order of greatness. Don’t just do things for God and call them great. It is the things which God has designed you to do that must be done. Whatever God has called you to do, the intention and purposes has been foreordained. Selah.

    YOU ARE A LIFE DISPENSER

“The Scriptures tell us, “The first man, Adam, became a living person.” But the last Adam—that is, Christ—is a life-giving Spirit”

    1 Corinthians 15:45 (NLT)

As I wrote in the previous episode, “The Best Comes Out of You”,  I explained that the born again has the divine life as his or her life. And he is also a partaker of God’s nature.

God dwells in you through the Spirit. The Holy Spirit in you also means you have the capacity to express God, just as Jesus did.

The expression of God is the reality of the believer as one brought into sonship.

To express God is to demonstrate and dispense His life.

Jesus said, “…I am come that you have life and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10).

Jesus didn’t come to dispense death nor darkness because He is LIFE. And His Life is the light of men.

He said to Martha, “I am the resurrection, and the Life”

Anything that comes out of Jesus is LIFE.

He is not as the first Adam who is a living soul. Paul the Apostle refers to him as the Life-giving Spirit.

“The Scriptures tell us, “The first man, Adam, became a living person.” But the last Adam—that is, Christ—is a life-giving Spirit” 1 Corinthians 15:45 (NLT)

And the beautiful thing is this, as the Lord is so are you.

As He is Light, so has He made us Light (John 8:12; Matthew 5:14).

As He is righteous, even so has He made us the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). As He is a King, He has made us kings and priests (Revelation 1:6).

Therefore as He is a Life-giving Spirit, He has also made us life-giving spirits.

As a born again, you don’t only have the life of God, you have the capacity of God to shine forth His light and show forth His glory!

You have the capacity and the mandate to bring many into the participation of His life.

As one whose spirit is mingled with the life-giving Spirit, you have the ability to dispense the life of God in every place.

Which means darkness and anything of death cannot prevail in your sphere.

Go forth this day as a distributor of the Life of God.

    Hallelujah!

YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS 3

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

    Philippians 4:13 (KJV)

    HURRAAAY!

This month of September is going to be a glorious new month for you!

Precious one, Christ strengthens you at all times in all situations to fulfill His purpose.

The purpose of Christ’s strength to you is for you to do what He has called you to do.

The assignment of the Lord cannot be accomplished with your own ability. Your natural strength and intelligence are not enough to pursue the purpose of God.

Jesus made an absolute statement, “…without me you can do nothing” (John 15:5)

You cannot bear Kingdom fruits without Christ. The eternal things of the Lord can be fulfilled by the Lord’s supernatural ability.

When it comes to doing God’s work, your confidence must be in the Lord.

The strength of God gives you the edge against all odds. Your strength is not enough to sustain you through persecution, humiliation, hunger, suffering loss and facing some harder things in life. It is the strength of the Lord that makes you confront the hard things and hard times with ease.

The assignment of the Lord is not as easy and pleasant as it seems on the outside. It’s a war! This is why you must be strengthened at all times by the Lord.

There are times you will stand alone without any support from friends, families and even from your co-labourers in the ministry. There are times when you are sent to the field, you will face challenges and the only help you have is the Lord.

    Read Paul the Apostle’s experience:

“The first time I was brought before the judge, no one came with me. Everyone abandoned me. May it not be counted against them. But the Lord stood with me and gave me strength so that I might preach the Good News in its entirety for all the Gentiles to hear. And he rescued me from certain death 2 Timothy 4:16-17 (NLT).

Can you continue to serve God’s purpose even when people offend you, falsely accuse you, attack your integrity, blackmail you, humiliate you, persecute you, seek your death, criticize you, insult you, gossip about you and hate you?

By your strength, you may not be able to fulfill God’s purpose amidst such challenges. But by the strengthening of the Lord, you can face and prevail in all challenges.

To be strengthened with Christ is to be infused with confidence and peace.

Christ’s strength in you empowers you to be ready for anything that comes your way as you do what He has called you to do.
His strength makes you self-sufficient in His sufficiency to stand tall and triumph amidst the eye-catching ravages or ruinations.

The influx of divine strength is the rich secret to doing all things which Christ has called you to do.

    Hallelujah!

    – I do not lack strength.

    – I have the ability to achieve every task the Lord sets on  my heart to achieve.

    DON’T LIMIT GOD’S ABILITY IN YOU 2

“But the Lord said to Moses, “Don’t limit my power! You will see that I can do what I say I can do.”

    Numbers 11:23 (ERV)

The limitation of your mind is determined by your understanding or exposure. Your imagination cannot be expanded beyond what you see.

You can conceive the unimaginable in your mind according to the insights you have had.

For example, the car toys of yesterday are now on today’s streets and some are in the showrooms to be sold.

The first car which was designed, contributed to the imagination of the designer of today’s Rolls-Royce. The examples of yesterday are for our learning today.

This is what the Bible does for your faith. The stories you read in the scriptures are not mere historical accounts. They are to expose your heart to things you have not imagined and to dispense faith into you.

It is to your own disadvantage when you don’t read and study the Bible. The things written in the scriptures are for your learning.

“For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.” Romans 15:4 (Amplified Bible)

You cannot access the riches of God’s wisdom when you don’t give yourself to personal Bible study.

The absence of personal Bible study will make you live by fantasies.

The faith of some people doesn’t yield results because they are not built on the understanding of God through His word. They build their faith on fantasies and assumptions.

The reading and studying of the word of God brings you into proper understanding. When you study the word of God, you will not only find examples of faith but will have a proper contextual and background understanding of how that example of faith was exuded.

The study of the word gives you a personal grasp of the thoughts of God. This is why through the Machaira With Apostle Bennie, you are given DIG DEEPER scriptures and also a ONE-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN.

No matter how you can imagine a technology, you must as well understand the physics to make it work.

The study of the word of God doesn’t only expose you to what God can do but how to position yourself to rightly experience the effectual workings of God through His word.

When you don’t know God through His word, you may easily doubt Him and His word. God does nothing outside His word.

When you take God’s word and act on it, you partner with God in faith to see the manifestation of His word in your life.

The manifestation of God’s word in your life is according to your faith in Him. Your faith in God is your partnership and agreement with the Word.

All those who limited God’s power did not partner with God in faith. They did not exercise confidence in God. Your partnership with God is a partnership unto unlimited living.

You must stand strong in agreement with God that His word is true and will not fail, no matter the challenge.

Daniel the Prophet, found himself in a situation where he should be broken, discouraged and afraid. But he chose to remain confident in God. He chose to stand in partnership with God’s word; that the Lord is his protection and defence.

He was accused of breaking a law and was thrown into a lions’ den. The king’s confidence was that the God of Daniel would bring deliverance to Daniel (see Daniel 6:16-22).

However, the last sentence in verse 23 (of Daniel chapter 6) caught my attention:

“Then the king was exceedingly glad and commanded that Daniel be taken up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no kind of harm was found on him because he had trusted in his God

    Did you see that?

Daniel the Prophet was not delivered because the king sent soldiers to defend him. No kind of harm was found on him because HE HAD TRUSTED IN HIS GOD.
That trust in God was Prophet Daniel’s secret.

The moment you stop trusting the Lord, you limit the supply of His power. And there is no expiration for your trust in God. You must trust the Lord at all times, in all things and irrespective of the situation.

No matter how little or how big the matter is, trust the Lord.

The Lord will always deliver, protect, defend, preserve, provide, and prosper you.

Refuse to limit His ability in you.

    Hallelujah!

    GOD GIVES GRACE 3

“And God is able to make every grace abound to you, so that in everything at every time having every sufficiency, you may have an abundance for every good deed”

2 Corinthians 9:8 (Legacy Standard Bible)

There are times you set targets, and desire to accomplish certain goals or feet; however, the more you attempt to work towards that goal or target, the more you feel limitation within.

You truly have good plans and desires, but you are not able to carry out those plans. You don’t have to be discouraged. You just need to increase in Grace.

Nothing works in God without the enabling ability of God.
The Grace which God gives is the inward ability, influence and power which makes you work towards your targets.

“For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh. For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out. Romans 7:18 (ESV)

No matter the desire on your heart, without God’s grace you are limited. The grace of God is God’s ability which empowers you to carry out His desires in your heart.

Don’t just see the grace of God as God’s means and supply of Salvation. The Grace of God is also the abundance of God’s influence and ability in your inner man which fuels you to express the greatness and glory of His life.

Nearly 2000 years after Paul’s death we still celebrate the impact of his ministry, and are inspired by his relentless passion to preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus.

This was because he took advantage of the supply of God’s grace.
The Grace of God is all you need to do what God has called you to do. God’s grace is not your last option. It is all you need to fulfill purpose.
Understand this, God’s grace is not limited; His grace is immeasurable. The supply of God’s grace to you is not a one time event. You cannot exhaust His grace. There is abundance of grace for every phase of your life journey. There is abundance of grace for every task.

The Grace of God is not just definite, it is also infinite.

Therefore the question you should be asking is not “how much of grace, has God made available for me?”

The question to you rather is:
HOW MUCH GRACE CAN YOU TAKE?

” [and He did this] so that in the ages to come He might [clearly] show the immeasurable and unsurpassed riches of His grace in [His] kindness toward us in Christ Jesus [by providing for our redemption].” Ephesians 2:7 (Amplified Bible)

Which means there is no assignment which is so huge that the supply of God’s grace to get it done will not be enough.
    God’s grace is limitless!
He is able to make every grace abound to you so that you may always, under all circumstances, regardless of the challenge or task have complete sufficiency in everything and have an abundance for every good work.

Beloved, you can accomplish great things by the immeasurable grace of God. Take more and more grace!

    BE EMPOWERED BY GRACE

“But God’s amazing grace has made me who I am! And his grace to me was not fruitless. In fact, I worked harder than all the rest, yet not in my own strength but God’s, for his empowering grace is poured out upon me”

    1 Corinthians 15:10 (TPT)

You may feel overwhelmed by the vision or assignment God has given you.
Or you may desire to do more for the Lord, however you may think you don’t have what it takes.

In the realm of God, there are no impossibilities. This is why as a believer in Christ, you are not to think impossibilities, because nothing is impossible to you in the first place.

You are with God therefore all things are possible!

Anything God tells you to do, He makes the provisions for you.

You don’t lack what it takes to do what God tells you to do.

You must therefore learn to trust God and know the things He has supplied to you.

God doesn’t entrust a responsibility into your hands without giving you what you need.

This is why He sent His Holy Spirit to you to partner with you, gave you His word to build you, planted you in an assembly of the saints and placed you under a shepherd to train you.

Of the many things the Lord supplies to you, there is also another crucial item for your advantage – it is GRACE.

You might have heard a lot about the grace of God, right?

To some, the grace of God is just the means by which we are saved (Ephesians 2:8).

And all they think of grace is God’s provision for the sins of men. (There is more to discuss on this later).

The grace of God is not just an unmerited favor; the grace of God is also a divine ability.

In the opening verse, you will see two things the grace of God does.

    1. YOU ARE MADE BY GRACE.

“…God’s amazing grace has made me who I am…”

Other translations put it this way, “…I am who I am by the grace of God”

So the apostle of Jesus acknowledges that whatever He has become was by the grace of God not by any other means.

This means the grace of God saves and makes you a new man (2 Corinthians 5:17).

The grace of God changes and transforms your being.

Grace translates you from a corruptible state to an incorruptible state.

    2. Second thing is, GRACE EMPOWERS YOU.

To be empowered by grace also shows how grace doesn’t promote laziness.

Paul says, “… and his grace to me was not fruitless…”

    Waow…

There is no unfruitfulness in grace. When you receive grace, and you are made by grace you must not be unfruitful.

This is why GRACE EMPOWERS YOU to work harder or to labour more.

It is possible for one to be born again and not take advantage of Grace in His labour.

Grace is for your BEING and it is also for your DOING.

You don’t just have to celebrate the reality of who are by Grace. You must also take advantage of the empowerment of Grace to do more for the Lord.

    Shalom
