TESTIFY OF THE GOSPEL
“But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.“ Acts 20:24 (ESV)
Paul, the apostle, was clear on his mission and ministry entrusted to him by the Lord:
TO TESTIFY TO THE GOSPEL OF THE GRACE OF GOD.
From yesterday’s Machaira with Apostle Bennie, we realised there are no two gospels; thus, we all (as saints in Christ) have the mandate to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.
The gospel is not a religious declaration. The term “gospel” itself has become a common usage in the Church and the world at large. Some see it as an “act of preaching”. In that sense, when one makes any statement or writes a song with “Jesus, or God”, most refer to it as “Gospel”.
However, the term “gospel” is not just to preach but essentially the content preached. A message preached is not necessarily the gospel.
“Gospel” in Greek is “euangelion”, originally denoted as a reward for good tidings.
Later, the idea of reward dropped, and the word stood for “THE GOOD NEWS”.
Thus, gospel means “good tidings” or “good message”.
The Gospel of Grace is good news, which unfolds God’s eternal plan of becoming one with man, in life and nature. And man becoming His very expression without any limitation.
It is the complete package of God’s grand design to dispense Himself into all things, fill all in all and gather all things into Himself through Christ.
This gospel is not an afterthought, it was the original plan of God, which was concealed in Him before time began.
Now it has been revealed or unfolded to us.
This Gospel of Grace is the mystery of God demystified, which is Christ in You.
Having access to this unfolded glorious message of grace, we have to testify, shout it, announce it, share it, preach it and sing it.
We have the responsibility to make all men hear about this Goodnews. God wants all people to know this truth, which is Christ Jesus.
This is what Paul the apostle has to say here too:
“This is the very reason I’ve been made a minister by the authority of God and a servant to his body, so that in his detailed plan I would fully equip you with the Word of God. There is a divine mystery—a secret surprise that has been concealed from the world for generations, but now it’s being revealed, unfolded and manifested for every holy believer to experience.
Living within you is the Christ who floods you with the expectation of glory! This mystery of Christ, embedded within us, becomes a heavenly treasure chest of hope filled with the riches of glory for his people, and God wants everyone to know it! Christ is our message! We preach to awaken hearts and bring every person into the full understanding of truth.It has become my inspiration and passion in ministry to labor with a tireless intensity, with his power flowing through me, to present to every believer the revelation of being his perfect one in Jesus Christ”. Colossians 1:26-29 (The Passion Translation)

‘Just the mention of the name of Jesus in a song does not mean is THE GOSPEL, WOW. Therefore I have come to understand that every song, message must be judged with the message of Christ. If I’d not Christ , then is an inferior Gospel.
I grow in the overflowing understanding of the gospel.

– My life is a glorious testimony of the gospel.
Am not ashamed to preach the gospel ????????????????????

Thank You Jesus for your gospel….the good news, the very good tidings…..
This gospel I shall continue to share, preach, talk about, think about and learn deep about….for the ministry that is handed to me is the ministry of reconciliation and it’s profitable with this very gospel of Jesus…..

Oh Hallelujah! I am not ashamed of this Gospel. Christ in me the hope of Glory. I labour with tireless intensity in teaching and testifying of this Gospel to All men.

I tell everyone about the glorious gospel
Thank you lord Jesus for this very gospel. I am not stopping here, all men shall hear of this very gospel.
Thank you lord, may your kingdom reign in the earth and be established forever in the hearts of all men. I stand for this Gospel.

We are epitomes of the glory of the Lord.
Our testimony is the gospel that the Lord has used to bring us glory.

We have received the message, which is Christ. It is called The Good News. Its about Christ and God’s eternal plan for man.
I am glad to make it known to all, sharing in it’s blessing.
Indeed the gospel makes us aware of the plans He has for us.

Hallelujah my life is a glorious testimony of the Gospel.
It was God’s divine plan to become one with man. And God made this possible through our Lord Jesus Christ. I am perfected in Christ Jesus.
I have been saved by the grace of God through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
I have not received the spirit of fear to fall back into sin. Rather I have received love, power and a sound mind to share God’s word. This scripture did something to my spirit.

All men will become partakers of this Glorious Nature in CHRIST.
