DON’T BE DECEIVED INTO DOUBT
To doubt Jesus as God’s complete revelation is to doubt God.
And for the adversary to sway you into doubt, he has to make you doubt the Person and Revelation of Jesus. The goal of the adversary is to make you stagger in faith and not enjoy your inheritance in Christ. Thus, he will do whatever it takes to propagate his deception.
You cannot walk in the fullness of the blessings of the Gospel when you allow the deception of the adversary to dominate your thoughts.
The adversary spreads his lies mainly through false teachings or doctrines.
You must beware of any teaching which makes you doubt that:
– Jesus is God
– the Bible is the Word of God.
– God has given us the Holy Spirit.
It doesn’t matter how long you have been saved or how long you have been in Church, when you give your mind continuously to false teachings, doubt will creep into your heart unawares.
Take some moments to read on DECEPTION.
Some false teachers start drawing your attention to themselves by amplifying mysticism. Some make you think God is mystical, and it is impossible for anyone to comprehend His thoughts. They increase their credibility in your mind by boasting of their angelic encounters and messages received from angels.
Get this: Any message preached by any being that doesn’t agree with or reveal Christ Jesus is not a message from God.
The present message of God to mankind is not a mystery. God had made Himself visible through Christ.
God’s final revelation is not the word of angels nor the word of the Prophets.
It is the Word of God spoken to us in Christ (Hebrews 1:1-2)
God ultimately expressed or manifested Himself in only Christ Jesus because Jesus is God in the flesh.
“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.” 1 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV)
For some to also doubt Christ, they attempt to discredit the authenticity of the Bible. They condemn the Bible, saying it is not the Word of God.
Meanwhile, these people secretly go into the Bible to glean life lessons, concepts to shape their religious minds, etc. But publicly condemn the Bible with the goal of discrediting Christ.
You cannot genuinely study the Bible without meeting Christ.
He is the centricity of the Bible.
The writings of the Prophets, Psalmist and Kings from Genesis to Malachi (known as the Old Testament portion of the Bible) testify of Christ.
The New Testament portion declares the fulfillment of the revelation of Christ.
“You search and keep on searching and examining the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; and yet it is those [very Scriptures] that testify about Me“ John 5:39 (Amplified Bible)
Some even have to extend their indoctrination or negative propaganda by creating false Bible translations to distort original texts. They use their wrong translations to deceive innocent people.
Be a student of the Word of God. Don’t be like the Israelites, who were easily deceived by the mixed multitudes (the ungodly people from other nations who joined them as they left Egypt).
By the deceptive thoughts of these mixed multitudes, the Israelites saw the power of God, but because they had not studied the ways of the Lord, they still walked in doubt.
Get yourself established in the truth of the Gospel of Jesus, and do not be swayed by the lies of this generation.

Ignorance of the word of God is very costly both to the preacher and the listener
Anyone who doesn’t search and study like the bereans who took it as life and searched to know if what they have been taught was true
Don’t be like the Pharisees who always thought they were scholars and knew everything but loosed the simplicity of the demystification of God
Or like the Nazarenes who didn’t believe and debunked Jesus’s true identity as the son of God
You see all these people allowed the adversary use religion as a deceptive tool to lure them from knowing Jesus like the Apostles did. So the wisdom of God which is the greatest treasure wasn’t revealed to the empty scholars but to simple and disregarded men

I give my mind to the teaching of God’s word. To what got me saved, “the Lordship of Jesus” and the power of the scriptures. The bible both old and new talk about the promise of God to man and the fulfillment of God’s promises in Christ.
The revelation of the scriptures teaches us that Jesus is God and the scripture is the anchor for this reality.
Anything contrary is not from God. It is carefully drafted to sway us. But we wont yield. We allow God’s word to pass through us.
