INCREASE IN WISDOM
“I empower kings to reign and rulers to make laws that are just.”
Proverbs 8:15 (TPT)
It will only take Wisdom to curb the overwhelming burdens of leadership.
Great leadership is not demonstrated when everything is convenient. Great leaders emerge when there is opposition or a challenge.
You are not a great leader just because you command people to serve you. You are a great leader when you provide answers or solutions.
People will be loyal to those who solve problems and inspire them to also become problem-solvers.
Leaders are light-bearers who shine in the darkest situations. You influence your world greatly by shining forth the light of Wisdom in the darkest places.
Be the light of the world (John 5:14).
To be the light of the world is to be a dispenser of wisdom.
As born-again, you must shine the light of God in your world.
Decide to increase in Wisdom.
As Kings and Priests in Christ, you can only lead by wisdom.
This was why Solomon requested Wisdom and understanding.
No matter how genuine you are, you cannot lead people with great vision without Wisdom and understanding.
“And now, O Lord my God, you have made your servant king in place of David my father, although I am but a little child. I do not know how to go out or come in. And your servant is in the midst of your people whom you have chosen, a great people, too many to be numbered or counted for multitude. Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that I may discern between good and evil, for who is able to govern this your great people?” 1 Kings 3:7-9 (ESV)
The capacity of a king to lead great people is not in the size of his muscles or his age. The capacity of a king is in his level of wisdom and understanding.
A man of Wisdom is a man of influence.
“Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your radiance.” Isaiah 60:3 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
Wisdom is radiant and attracts the great.
Kings travelled to meet Solomon because of His Wisdom.
“And people of all nations came to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and from all the kings of the earth, who had heard of his wisdom.” 1 Kings 4:34 (ESV)
The results of Wisdom are its splendour.
When you love and esteem wisdom you shall be honored.
“If you exalt wisdom, she will exalt you. Hold her fast, and she will lead you to great honor; she will place a beautiful crown upon your head.” Proverbs 4:8-9 (TLB)
Beloved, increase in Wisdom to reign in life and to influence your world.

Wisdom is indeed a principal thing and for a king to reign for long it takes a lot of Wisdom
Saul lacked wisdom to depend on God than what he thinks is right that was why his kingdom was taken away and given to a man who takes God as his everything from his humble beginning’s till death

Our world is full of challenges and wrong situation. even creation longs for the manifestation of the sons and daughter of God.
There is a cry for spiritual leadership and the explosion of solutions.
The are problems to be solved and this puts a demand for leaders. I mean spiritual leaders.
The greatness of a leader is not how He commands people; it is how He solves problems and inspires others to become problem solvers in their societies.
To be the light of the world and the salt of the earth is to become direction for the blind and sweetness for the bitter.
Wisdom is a person, and when a man honors Widom, Wisdom honors that man also, By Her, kings reign and rules make good decisions.
We reign by wisdom and the other understand we cultivate.
Kings come to the brightness of our rising, what makes our rising brighten is wisdom and understand.
all men sought Jesus because His fame went abroad….
All men came to hear the wisdom of Solomon….
I grow in wisdom and understanding to reign
I have the wisdom of God to lead others unto God. My wisdom is more than that of Solomon
I increase in wisdom and in light to influence my world
