THE FATHER’S LOVE 1
“… So the father raced out to meet him. He swept him up in his arms, hugged him dearly, and kissed him over and over with tender love.”
Luke 15:20 (TPT)
The Holy Bible is flooded with countless refreshing scriptures. And they convey the character, the essence and the wisdom of God.
The goal of the word of God is that all men may be fully satisfied in God, through the knowledge and understanding of Him.
Jesus (who is God made flesh) came to bring us into that eternal experience.
The people who have been abused by religion and controlled by the rulers of darkness have a wrong mindset and doubts about the Bible.
Some also have the wrong picture of God. And even think that Jesus came to change God’s mind about us. The image which has been painted over the period is that an angry hot-tempered God, wanted to destroy mankind and Jesus came to make Him change His mind.
This picture which has been painted over the centuries is not consistent with the word of God.
Get this:
– God is good. (Nahum 1:7)
– God is unchanging! (Malachi 3:6)
– God is Love. (1 John 4:8)
Jesus didn’t come to change God’s mind about us, He came to change our mindset about God.
Jesus is God made flesh. He came to show mankind the true picture of God.
“For God so loved the world…” (John 3:16).
“God spared not His son, but gave Him up for us all…” (Romans 8:32)

It’s been 500 days of an unceasing flow of divine revelations and experiences of the Father’s love.
Until Jesus came, no one related to God as Father.
“I have revealed to them who you are and I will continue to make you even more real to them, so that they may experience the same endless love that you have for me, for your love will now live in them, even as I live in them!” John 17:26 (TPT)
Through Jesus, the Fatherhood of God is revealed and the experience of His love is made real. Without Him, you cannot perfectly know the Father in a real way and may not experience His endless love for you.
He said, “You are my righteous Father, but the unbelieving world has never known you in the perfect way that I know you!…” John 17:25 (TPT)
You will have a perfect knowledge of God when you behold Jesus.
One time as the disciples of Jesus were asking him about the Father:
“Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father, and we will be satisfied.” John 14:8 (NLT)
Wow!
Don’t mistake this satisfaction as the “satisfaction of their curiosity”.
There is a longing for a deep relationship with God. There is no relationship with God which transcends, His Father-son relationship with us.
You experience an immeasurable satisfaction when you come into the reality that, God is your Father. There is nothing more you need, nothing more satisfying, nothing that is enough for you, than the revelation of the Father.
The revelation of the Father is what makes you have a real experience of His love.
Jesus replied, “Have I been with you all this time, Philip, and yet you still don’t know who I am? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father! So why are you asking me to show him to you?” John 14:9 (NLT)
You don’t need to look too far to see the Father; Jesus is the Father!
To see the heart, care, kindness, sacrifice, mercy, forgiveness and graciousness of Jesus, is to see the heart and character of the Father.
Just as the Father is unchanging, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today and forever. (Hebrews 13:8), He is unchanging!
He brought to light the fullness of the Father’s goodness and love.
When the Father looks at you, He doesn’t see a prodigal son. He doesn’t want you to focus on yourself and your weakness. He wants you to focus on His love; for that is how you are most satisfied.
The Father rejoices over you, He wants you to experience the warmth of His tender love, each day.

Jesus said,

The goal of the revelation of the Father is that, “We experience the same endless love He has for Jesus”
Truly, truly, I say to you, God loves us as He loves Jesus
1 John 3:1 was so overwhelming. Today’s episode made me to understand that, I don’t need to go searching for God to reveal Himself to me. He all revealed in Jesus. The passion translation says ” He exists right at the heart of the Father” That kept me awake! In a long while I felt I was now knowing who God really is, His unfailing love for me. Another joy for me was the fact that Jesus told the Pharisees, ” The scriptures cannot lie” I believe the scriptures! Oh Hallelujah to Jesus. Am glad I read this episode.

Oh Glory to God. I am loved of the Father, He delights in me always. My true satisfaction is to know that I have a loving Father who deeply rejoices over me. Thank you Lord Jesus for the expression of the Father to us and in us . Oh I rejoice always, I’m not helpless . I have a loving Father who’s always there for me and cares for me. I rejoice in this revelation of the Father. Thank you Apostle Sir. You’re a great blessing Sir.

By the understanding and revelation of God as a Father through Christ Jesus, we experience the life of Satisfaction.

Seeing God as a father goes a long way to influence our relationship with him. It’s so refreshing, soothing and enlightening to know of the Father’s love. I know now I don’t need to look far to see, as I look at Jesus, the father is revealed.

God’s mindset about us has never changed, for God is unchangeable. This is why we can boldly say that Jesus did not come to change God’s mindset about us.
Men are still seeing the wrong picture about God painted by religions and certain ministers of the gospel.
God is love and has always been love.
This why when He wanted to use flood to destroy the whole earth, He still provided way that all those who would believe and come to Him would be safe in the Ark. The flood signifies judgement, and the Ark is the picture of Christ who brought salvation to all men, so all that would believe would not come into judgement or condemnation, but would pass from death unto life.
