ABOUND IN THESE THINGS (ABUNDANT FRUIT-BEARERS 14)
“For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ” 2 Peter 1:8 (NKJV).
Fruitfulness is an essential matter in God. He designed all organisms to be productive or to reproduce themselves.
“Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every seed-bearing plant on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit contains seed. They will be yours for food” Genesis 1:29 (Berean Standard Bible)
“God made all sorts of wild animals, livestock, and small animals, each able to produce offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:25 (NLT)
These are testimonies or witnesses of God to us, concerning fruit-bearing. (See episode 35 and 36 you will have clarity on this).
Unfruitfulness has not been God’s desire for man; much more the saints in Christ?
God being determined to help us become fruitful, He has supplied us with all that we need to bear fruits.
” For His divine power has bestowed on us [absolutely] everything necessary for [a dynamic spiritual] life and godliness, through true and personal knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence” 2 Peter 1:3
Beloved, understand that you lack nothing to be fruitful. God has given unto you all things that pertain to life and godliness (the expression of divinity).
All that is in God unto fruit-bearing has been dispensed into us by Him through Christ.
We have what it takes to bear the God-kind of fruits, because by the supply of His divine power, He has made us partakers of His nature and character.
Just as the vine and the branches share the same kind of life and nature; we also share the same life and nature with God.
“as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, *that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature*, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
God has cascaded His essence into us, to make us the expression of His life to the world.
(2 Peter 1 points us to some other key items God has supplied into us, to make useful and fruitful).

I graciously engage in the character and nature of God of whom I am a partaker. I demonstrate fruitfulness in my walk of faith. I refuse to be barren.
