EPISODE 440 – THE BELT OF TRUTH 4 – The Complete Armor Of God 6

– Everything concerning our faith is founded in Truth. Truth is a person and He is Jesus.

“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (Berean Standard Bible)

Truth is also the counsel of God. This TRUTH we are talking about is not subjective.

The Truth which is in God is absolute.

In our generation where people are governed and controlled by their own opinions and emotions, they find it difficult to accept that, Truth is absolute.

There are people who even claim that there is nothing absolute.

That is interesting!

To argue or boldly say Truth is not absolute or there is nothing absolute, you have still made an absolute statement.

Christ is Truth.

He is complete, absolute and does not diminish.

The Word of God (Logos) is the Truth of God.

Jesus is the Word of God and you cannot separate God from His Word. God’s Word is not just true, God’s Word is Truth.

As I have explained before, the Word of God is the articulation, expression and explanation of God’s thought.

There is no lie nor darkness in God, therefore His Word is TRUTH AND LIGHT.

“The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth” (John 1:14)

Jesus is the Word made flesh. The only core thing you see in Jesus is the fullness of Grace and Truth!

When Jesus came in the flesh, Truth came.

“For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ” (John 1:17).

Truth is who God is and what He has said.

This is what the adversary wants to swear you off. When He can get you not to accept the absoluteness of who God is and what He has said, He will collapse the strength and foundation of your life.

When the adversary can get you to believe that the Word of God is not True and optional, He has crushed the foundation of your faith.

Your faith is built on the Word of God, which is absolute and infallible.

When you fail to see and take what God has said and revealed about you as the only absolute Truth, you can easily become prey to falsehood.

Your hope, peace, joy and glory are hewn out of the Word of God.

The Word of God is True because men who wrote were inspired by God. Every thought in the Word has survived every form of dispute and trial.

No writ has unveiled the intent of hearts, answered the toughest questions of life, expressed indispensable riches of wisdom and established peace and unending streams of joy than the Word of God.

Truth is truth irrespective of your opinions, sentiments, religious affiliations, political correctness or incorrectness and displeasure.

The greatest threat of the adversary is the logos (the Word of God).

The Word (Logos) of God is your belt of Truth.

Let your mind be established in  Truth.
