THE PREEMINENCE OF WISDOM 2
“As wisdom increases, a great treasure is imparted, greater than many bars of refined gold. It is a more valuable commodity than gold and gemstones, for there is nothing you desire that could compare to her.”
Proverbs 3:14-15 (TPT)
We have previously discussed the source of True Wisdom. And in that discussion, we also saw that the Wisdom which is from above is embodied in the Word of God.
When you decide to turn away from the Word of God and also devalue your relationship with God, you are turning away from True and Pure Wisdom.
In the previous episode, we saw the limitations of the wise men in Babylon. Daniel demonstrated the preeminence of the Wisdom of God because he turned to God.
When you set your heart to walk in the Wisdom of God, she will honor and exalt you.
Daniel was honored by Wisdom. (Daniel 2:48-49). Look at Joseph who became a Prime Minister in Egypt because of the workings of God’s wisdom.
This is the preeminence of God’s Wisdom.
Nothing compares to God’s Wisdom.
The Wisdom of God is preeminent because:
1. Wisdom was in existence before all things were made.
“In the beginning I was there, for God possessed me even before he created the universe. From eternity past I was set in place, before the world began. I was anointed from the beginning.” Proverbs 8:22-23 (TPT).
2. God made the earth by His Wisdom.
“The LORD by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens” Proverbs 3:19 (ESV).
There is nothing which shall emerge from the earth that is more greater than Wisdom. Wisdom is the principal thing, by which you unlock all treasuries.
3. Wisdom is greater than the might of men.
Wisdom is the strength of the wise and her strength exceeds the strongest of men.
“Wisdom strengtheneth the wise more than ten mighty men which are in the city.” Ecclesiastes 7:19 (KJV).
4. The Wisdom of God is greater than money and more precious than gold.
Is money valuable? Yes, but not more valuable than Wisdom.
Wisdom is a defence and money is a defence, however, the transcending reality is that Wisdom gives life. (Ecclesiastes 7:12).
There was a point when money failed in Egypt, it was the Wisdom of God in Joseph, that sustained the economy of Egypt. (Genesis 47:15).
It is great to make money, but first, pursue the expression of Wisdom. A man of True Wisdom and understanding is a man of great wealth.
Take another look at the opening verse:
“As wisdom increases, a great treasure is imparted, greater than many bars of refined gold. It is a more valuable commodity than gold and gemstones, for there is nothing you desire that could compare to her.” Proverbs 3:14-15 (TPT)
It is worthless to go after the wisdom of men. What is more precious than Wisdom?
What will you ever desire that can be compared to God’s Wisdom?
The Wisdom which is from above is above all.
Get Wisdom and get understanding.

We pray that we shall maintain our focus on Wisdom and not esteem the highest intelligence of men above True Wisdom.

I am honored and exalted by wisdom because I have set my heart to walk in the wisdom of God
Proverbs 4:8 TPT
[8] Wisdom will exalt you when you exalt her truth. She will lead you to honor and favor when you live your life by her insights.
I’m exalted and honoured by Wisdom.
Turning away from the Word of God and also devaluing or underestimating your relationship with God is turning away from true and pure wisdom.
I refuse to turn away from my relationship with God for it is what impacts me with true wisdom
I refuse to turn away the word of God.
There is nothing which shall emerge from the earth that is more greater than Wisdom. Wisdom is the principal thing, by which you unlock all treasuries.
Oh how my heart has clung to the path of wisdom
Oh wisdom
Wisdom is greater than all.
To demonstrate the preeminence (greatness, excellency) of God’s Wisdom you must first turn to God.
I turn to God
Thank You Jesus, I turn to God always
As I turn to God, I demonstrate the greatness of His wisdom.
Glory to God
God’s Wisdom is the preeminent, greatest and or superior because His wisdom existed before time began .
You are the Wisdom before Time began…..
In the beginning was wisdom
His wisdom existed before time began
It is great to make money, but first, pursue the expression of Wisdom. A man of True Wisdom and understanding is a man of great wealth.
No wonder the scripture says;
Proverbs 4:7 NIrV
[7] To start being wise you must first get wisdom. No matter what it costs, get understanding.
Oh Spirit of wisdom
Oh Jesus!
I go for your true and pure wisdom.
The following are reasons why God’s Wisdom is superior to the rest ( why God’s Wisdom cannot be compared to the rest ):
1. Wisdom was in existence before all things were made
2. God made the earth by His Wisdom.
3. Wisdom is greater than the might of men.
4. The Wisdom of God is greater than money and more precious than gold.

All things, and I mean All things exists by wisdom .
And without Wisdom, ayaaaa there’s was nothing made that was made.

The transcending reality is that Wisdom gives life but money does not.
In wisdom there’s life and that life is your light.
Wisdom empowers you to shine forth.
Wisdom also gives you the power to generate wealth. Glorreeeyyy
Ayayaya. The power to make wealth.
Wisdom gives life.
The wisdom from above is embodied in God’s word, hence I for the word.
We go for the word
In all things I turn to God and His word which is the embodiment of His wisdom.
We turn to our source in all things
Yes sir, the source of all things.
As I set my heart to walk in the Wisdom of God, wisdom will honor and exalt me.

The wisdom of God can never fail
It can never fail. Yes sir
James 3:17 NKJV
[17] But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

[18] Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. [19] For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness”; [20] and again, “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.”
[21] Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours:
I refuse to be wise in my own eyes.
I fix my gaze on the knowledge of Christ Jesus
I pursue the Wisdom of God Gloreeeeey!!!!!

I esteem the true wisdom of God beyond every highest intelligence of men.
I set my heart and my mind on WISDOM. I depend only on true wisdom of God.

I refuse to turn away from the Word of God. I refuse to devalue my relationship with God, I’m never turning away from True and Pure Wisdom.
I pursue the expression of Wisdom first. I’m a man of True Wisdom and understanding. I’m a man of great wealth.
What is more precious than Wisdom?

I chase what is principal
I don’t look through the lenses of this world I look through the lenses of the word for in it is the embodiment of pure Wisdom
“The LORD by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens” Proverbs 3:19 (ESV).
There is nothing greater than wisdom in the earth. It is the principal thing.
The strength of wisdom exceeds the strength of men.
The Wisdom of God is greater than money and more precious than gold.
The value of wisdom surpasses money.
Wisdom is a defense and money is a defense BUT, wisdom gives life.
I’m a man of True Wisdom and understanding. Therefore I have great riches.
The Wisdom which is from above is above all.

There is nothing that can be compared to wisdom. Even the highest valued treasures of the earth in which men take pride in cannot be compared to wisdom.
Wisdom preceded the creation of everything else .
