INCREASE IN CAPACITY 1
“There is nothing in us that allows us to claim that we are capable of doing this work. The capacity we have comes from God”.
2 Corinthians 3:5 (GNT)
As born again, you are the workmanship of God, created in Christ Jesus unto good works which He has foreordained that we walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10).
The good works we are called to do are according to the design of God’s will. If it’s according to the design of God’s will, then it will take His capacity to do His good work.
There is nothing you do in God, with God, through God and for God without His capacity.
God’s call upon your life is to make a great impact on the lives of many.
It is a call to the nations. It is a call to bless the world. There is nothing God has deposited inside you and assigned you to do which is limited in impact.
If you will give attention to the things God has called you to do, you will surely bless the nations.
There is no one called in God, whose impact is limited. God has put in you an unlimited mandate to make an unlimited impact, irrespective of your background and present location.
God wants the knowledge of His Glory to cover the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14). He wants the kingdoms of this world to become saturated by His Kingdom and Life (Revelation 11:15).
For God to achieve this, He has to produce His unlimited and immeasurable life in you. You then become the expression of God’s glory to the world by His unlimited and immeasurable life in you.
Jesus said, “You are the salt of the earth.. and … you are the light of the world, a city set on a hill, which cannot be hidden” (Matthew 5:13-14).
He said, “Ask of Me and I will give you the nations” Psalm 2:8.
This means by your design, you have a mandate to illuminate the world and to preserve lives on earth, unto the glory of God.
This mandate requires something more than your natural capacity and strength. This requires divine capacity!
… WILL INVOLVE INCREASED CAPACITY.
Capacity is the ability to contain and to produce.
Through the new birth, you have the divine capacity for Christ to indwell you.
Now to achieve great things with and for the Lord, you have to nurture and increase the divine capacity in you.
To have Christ in you means you don’t have the excuse to do less.
This is the time to do more or achieve great things unto God’s glory.
You may ask “How can I increase in capacity?”
It begins with Your submission to FOLLOW THE LORD.
Jesus said to his disciples, “FOLLOW ME AND I WILL MAKE YOU…” (Matthew 4:19).
As you follow and submit to the Lord, He will teach, train and infuse your spirit with His ability to produce great impact.

WE PRAY
We pray that the Lord will teach us to increase in capacity as we do His will and His gracious Spirit will lead us forward, as we advance to make impact.
