As long as God has called you into Kingdom leadership, you must function as He does.
Your heavenly father is the first leader of the universe. Therefore, He gives us the true pattern of leadership. Jesus, who was God made flesh, revealed the complete character of God. And in Christ, you will find this beautiful leadership trait:
SEEING THE BEST IN OTHERS.
It takes a genuine heart to see the best in others when they can only see their weakness.
To lead your generation you must see the best of Hope in people.
To lead people is to influence and bring them into the fulfillment of God’s purpose for their lives.
They may not see what God has deposited inside them, however, you must see what God has put in them, when you look for the best in others.
When God saw Gideon, He saw a mighty man of valor. When He saw David, He didn’t just see a shepherd boy, He saw a king. When He saw the young fishermen, who were untrained or unskilled in matters of the Kingdom, He saw fishers of men, who would expand the Kingdom.
Don’t see weaknesses and mistakes in people. See the beauty of God in others.
How did David turn men who were distressed, in debt, or discontented, to mighty men?
He saw people who would be loyal to him and also be his team members. It was when these people came to David that, he became a captain.
When you start seeing the best of God in others, you will go to every extent to bring out the beauty you see in them.
When you look at the people in your workplace, school, or community, see what God wants them to be and not what the systems of this world have produced in them.
You cannot impact your sphere, when you don’t see the people as God sees them.
You will deal with people based on your assumptions and history with them when you don’t see the best in them. Deal with people based on what the Holy Spirit wants to produce in them.

WE PRAY
Lord, help me to see the best in people beyond their weaknesses and mistakes. Help me to see what you see in them and how to bring out that beauty.

Zechariah 9 verse 1 A prophecy:
The word of the Lord is against the land of Hadrak
and will come to rest on Damascus—
for the eyes of all people and all the tribes of Israel
are on the Lord
The Lord indeed favors his humble
As Christ Commonwealth Community have set their eyes on the Lord during this prayer and fast, we see the mighty arm of the Lord
The Lord is delivering into our hands great nations and cities
We influence the systems of this world with God’s word
Zechariah 9 verse 9
Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion!
Shout, Daughter Jerusalem!
See, your king comes to you,
righteous and victorious,
lowly and riding on a donkey,
on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
Indeed our saviour Jesus comes
He comes to save us from sin and give us his life

Now we shall behold Him
Zechariah 9 verse 12 Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope;
even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.
Thank you sweet Jesus for this word that has come in season
God of restoration, I know I am restored twice as much as now
This is indeed a word in due season
Zechariah 9 verse 13
I will bend Judah as I bend my bow
and fill it with Ephraim.
I will rouse your sons, Zion,
against your sons, Greece,
and make you like a warrior’s sword.
I am a sword in my master’s hand
Your word is a sword in my mouth
It is sharper than any two edged sword that could be thought of
Zechariah 9 verse 16
The Lord their God will save his people on that day
as a shepherd saves his flock.
They will sparkle in his land
like jewels in a crown.

How attractive and beautiful they will be!
Grain will make the young men thrive,
and new wine the young women.

I sparkle in the land God has called me to inhabit
The Lord has made me attractive- I attract glorious things

Zechariah 10 verse 1
Ask the Lord for rain in the springtime;
it is the Lord who sends the thunderstorms.
He gives showers of rain to all people,
and plants of the field to everyone.
Indeed it is the Lord’s blessings that make one rich
It is His blessings that make people prosper. And he adds no sorrow to it
Zechariah 10 verse 6
“I will strengthen Judah
and save the tribes of Joseph.
I will restore them
because I have compassion on them.
They will be as though
I had not rejected them,
for I am the Lord their God
and I will answer them.

Zechariah 10 verse 16 For I am going to raise up a shepherd over the land who will not care for the lost, or seek the young, or heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the choice sheep, tearing off their hooves.
I dont abuse my role as a sherpherd
Zechariah 10 verse 7 So I shepherded the flock marked for slaughter, particularly the oppressed of the flock. Then I took two staffs and called one Favor and the other Union, and I shepherded the flock. 8 In one month I got rid of the three shepherds.
The flock detested me, and I grew weary of them 9 and said, “I will not be your shepherd. Let the dying die, and the perishing perish. Let those who are left eat one another’s flesh.”
This scripture puts a picture of our heavenly father towards man – in particular his love
The sad thing is that after deliverance , the sheep despised the sherpherd
That will not be our story in Jesus name

Revelation 7 verse 7 For the Lamb at the center of the throne
will be their shepherd;
‘he will lead them to springs of living water
‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

Indeed there would be a land where there will be no pain Glorrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeey
Thank you lord Jesus, When I see people, I see world changers, I see light bearers, I see emblems of the future. Ha!!!!
As I know and do the will of God, I see faithfulness, hope and love in the people the Lord has entrusted unto me in the name Jesus. What a sure word.
Thank you Lord Jesus for the eyes to see the best and beauty in people.
