GOD IS BIGGER…
” Even if we feel guilty, God is greater than our feelings, and he knows everything.” 1 John 3:20 (NLT)
Considering this current society where everything seem to be happening fast; you are likely to be overwhelmed by many things.
And sometimes you may be thinking if you can handle the growing pressures around you.
Your struggle with addiction keeps rising with no enough time to recalibrate.
Your sense of guilt and condemnation keep increasing.
You pick your handset to make a call and you are pursued by an ad, luring you away from your plan or intention for the day.
You just can’t lay your hands on the wheel towards your destiny.
You look into the mirror and you really feel you are growing. Sometimes it seems your colleagues had made better choices in life than you. It seems you are behind time and far from catching up.
Now you feel helpless and it seems everything is over. You can’t stop the tears, the sense of guilt and condemnation. Your mind is dominated by thoughts of defeat and hopelessness.
Precious one, pause for a moment and stop looking at your fears, guilt, defeats, addictions and trouble.
DO YOU KNOW WHO YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER IS?
He is BIGGER THAN your pain, your failure, your guilt, your defeat, your losses, weakness and addictions.
Don’t allow your feelings to control you. GOD IS BIGGER THAN YOUR FEELINGS.
Move your attention away from your struggle and look at the LORD.
“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT)
You can trust the Lord with your decisions and plans. For He has greater and more glorious plans for you. He will lead you into a beautiful future and fulfilled destiny.
“Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make. Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go. Don’t think for a moment that you know it all,” Proverbs 3:5-6 (TPT)
Don’t trust your feelings than the LORD. He is more than enough for you. No matter the situation, it is a simple matter before the Lord. Trust and live by His counsel. The challenges that seem to overwhelm you are not real. They are traps of the adversary to keep you discouraged. Take your mind off them and focus on the glory and greatness of the Lord.
At the appointed time of the Lord, you shall see His mighty hand.
