SEE THE BEST IN PEOPLE
“Finally, be ye all likeminded, compassionate, loving as brethren, tenderhearted, humbleminded 1 Peter 3:8 (ERV)
As long as God has called you into Kingdom leadership, you must function as He does.
Your heavenly father is the first leader of the universe. Therefore, He gives as the true pattern of leadership. Jesus, who was God made flesh, revealed the complete character of God. And in Christ you will find this beautiful leadership trait:
SEEING THE BEST IN OTHERS.
It takes a genuine heart to see the best in others when they could only see their weakness.
To lead your generation you must see the best of Hope in people. To lead people, is to influence and to bring them into the fulfillment of God’s purpose for their lives. They may not see what God has deposited inside them, however, you must see what God has put in them, when you look for the best in others.
When God saw Gideon, He saw a mighty man of valor. When He saw David, He didn’t just see a shepherd boy, He saw a king. When He saw the young fishermen, who were untrained or unskilled in matters of the Kingdom, He saw fishers of men, who were going to expand the Kingdom.
Don’t see weakness and mistakes in people. See the beauty of God in others.
How did David turn men who were distressed or in debt or discontented, to mighty men?
He saw people who will be loyal to him and also be his team members. It was when these people came to David that, he became a captain.
When you start seeing the best of God in others, you will go every extent to bring out the beauty you see in them.
When you look at the people in your work place, school, or community, see what God wants them to be and not what the systems of this world has produced in them.
You cannot impact your sphere, when you don’t see the people as God sees them.
You will deal with people based on your assumptions and history with them when you don’t see the best in them. Deal with people based on what the Holy Spirit wants to produce in them.

Lord, help me to see the best in people beyond their weaknesses and mistakes. Help me to see what you see in them and how to bring out that beauty.

– My goal in encountering people, is to bring out the beauty that I see.
– By the strength of the Lord, I bring many unto purpose.
– I AM A GLOBAL ICON.

The emphasis on seeing what God sees in others rather than seeing what the systems has produced in them is amazing.. I don’t give up on anyone neither do I look down on people, Hallelujah
Thank you sir, this mentality helps us not to behave with souls based on our emotions.
I imitate my father, Lord Jesus, and his sensitive loving personality.
Others inspire me.
I refuse to be concerned about their flaws or mistakes.
I see what God has placed within them.
Men have brilliance in my opinion.
I see with the eyes of Jesus
I refuse to see the weakness of people but rather I see what God sees in them
I bring the beauty out of people no matter what
