PRAY IN THE SPIRIT

” But you, my delightfully loved friends, constantly and progressively build yourselves up on the foundation of your most holy faith by praying every moment in the Spirit.” Jude 1:20 (TPT).

If you have been following the Machaira for sometime now, you will find this statement very common:
You will stagger, give up or maintain a strong confidence in God according to your faith.
We grow and increase in faith through the ministry of the word. (Romans 10:17). And faith operates by the word of God not by vim or some philosophy. Without the word of God, there is no potent faith. To act in faith is to act on the Word.

” And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,” 2 Corinthians 4:13 (NKJV).

What you have believed is what God have said, and what God have said is His WORD. Faith only speaks what God have said.
However, from Jude 20, we see how you have to build yourself up on your most holy faith:

” But you, my delightfully loved friends, constantly and progressively build yourselves up on the foundation of your most holy faith by praying every moment in the Spirit” Jude 1:20 (TPT).

There are moments and situations where you may feel weak, discouraged, and even dull in faith.
However, you can constantly and progressively build yourself up:

PRAY IN THE SPIRIT!

To pray in the spirit is also to pray in other tongues.
It’s interesting how people who don’t pray in tongues mock the effectual workings of praying in the spirit.
Beloved, it builds you up in faith, when you pray in tongues every moment.
As you pray in tongues you pray to God and speak mysteries. You decode spiritual things in the spirit as you pray in the spirit.
When there is a moment where you feel so much pressure, and it seem you don’t have the right words to speak; BELOVED, don’t cry nor complain.
Don’t feel helpless when you are overwhelmed by situations. There is a way forward:

PRAY IN THE SPIRIT.

As you pray you make supply of spiritual strength and you stir up the anointing of the Holy Spirit in you. You also charge up yourself in faith.
Your spirit rises higher and higher in faith, like an edifice.
The more you pray in the spirit, the more the Spirit of the Lord supplies your spirit with the right words to declare.
As you pray in the spirit, the Holy Spirit through your spirit broods over your mind, will and emotions.
Therefore, the more you pray, the more you take hold of the present word of God. And as the present word or the rhema of God, wells up in your spirit, it saturates your mind, aligns your will to God, and channels your emotions and desires.
Because the rhema has soaked your entire being, it comes forth without doubt.
At this point, the present word or the rhema of God, will gush forth with a force and the ability of God to produce effectual results.

COME ON!

DIG DEEPER:
(1 Corinthians 14:2,414-15,18; Ephesians 6:18; Acts 10:44-46)

WE PRAY:
That our hearts will catch the very present word of God concerning every situation as we pray in the spirit.

BIBLE READING:
DAY 147: Ezra 1-2

DECLARE THESE WORDS
– I don’t complain nor cry, I pray.
– I give no place to the adversary.
– As I pray in the spirit, I catch the very present word of God for my situation.
– I don’t walk in doubt, fear or anxiety because through praying in the spirit I receive rhema.
– Through praying in the spirit, I align my heart, will, mind, emotions and desires to the Will of God for me.

these words are so refreshing…i am stirred, the surest way to squeeze out rhema amidst heavy and hefty opposition is devoting ample time to speak in tongues!!

ABOUT MACHAIRA WITH APOSTLE BENNIE

Machaira with Apostle Bennie is a sword of the Spirit that cuts deep into your heart and being.

The word SWORD is from the Greek word “Machaira”. Thus Machaira simply means sword. However, it is not just any sword. Of the arsenal of swords a Roman soldier would use, this sword was the most unpredictably brutal, deadly and indispensable weapon of them all. This sword was more like a dagger used for close range combat.

This certainly was a violent weapon during a fight. Understand that as saints we are at war, and as good soldiers we must utilise the weapons of war given us. We have the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, which is THE WORD OF GOD!

The more you use your machaira (spirit-sword), the more you learn how to use it in order to exercise your victory through each battle and challenging times.

Have you taken up your MACHAIRA today?
