DOING GREAT THINGS (GOD IS WITH YOU) 4
” With God we will do great things; for by him will our haters be crushed underfoot.” Psalm 108:13 (BBE)
God has not called some special people in His Kingdom to do great things.
In Christ, we have all been called by God to do great things.
The only criteria, our Lord Jesus gave for one to do the works which He did and to even do greater works is to BELIEVE IN HIM!
This qualifies you to do great things in the Kingdom.
From the previous Machaira with Apostle Bennie in this month of June 2023, we looked at:
1. You being part of God’s great move. He desires that all men will be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. God wants us to be a part of His GREAT DREAM to reach and transform ALL MEN. He doesn’t just want to reach great quantity of people; He also wants to produce high quality of life in them. This is His desire! (1 Timothy 2:4). Therefore, don’t be careful to dream. This is the time to make great impact.
2. Esteem God’s Assignment for you. Anything for God is a great work. How you see God’s work will influence the extent you will go for Him. God’s call for you is great, give more than your best.
3. Set your affection on the Lord. Until you set your desire on the Lord you will not esteem His work. Let the zeal of the Lord consume your heart.
4. Be convinced that God has called you into greatness. He made you and mandated you to do great things.
5. You are to do the great things the Lord has designed not according to the standards of the world. Christ is the pattern and the standard measure of your greatness. He has defined the scope of impact you have to make in this world. (John 14:12)
GOD IS WITH YOU TO DO GREAT THINGS
Beloved, you cannot do greater things in the Kingdom with your strength.
Unless the Lord is with you, you cannot do what the Lord has called you to do.
Read the opening verse again:
” With God we will do great things…” Psalm 108:13 (BBE)
Did you see that?
You don’t attempt to do the great things God has called you to do without God. You can only do what God has called you to do with God.
Anything your strength can do is not A GREAT THING; if it is going to be great then you have to do it with God.
Look at what Nicodemus, said to Jesus.
” There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” John 3:1-2 (NKJV).
Whatever you attempt to do without God cannot produce God-centered impact.
Are you dreaming to do great things for God?
You have to do it with the LORD!

I have been called to do great things for God therefore I do Great things with God
My sufficiency is of the spirit
It is God that makes me do great things because he infuses in me his ability to do it therefore I do it with him
I’m a sign and a wonder

Hallelujah, the zeal of God consumes my heart. It doesn’t matter the size of the assignment given me, with God I’ll achieve it to the core, according to God’s due order. With God I do great things….
Ha.. The Lord is with me.. I do things in the consciousness and acknowledgement of EMMANUEL, my senior partner.

No matter how the task looks like I prevail in all things by the Spirit of the lord

Thank you Jesus for the empowerment to do valiantly though you.
The chapter of this episode’s bible reading emphasized the importance of worship and service to God and the need for the people to remain faithful to their calling as chosen people. oh wow, I go beyond my strength with God by my side. The Lord’s presence empowers me to do great things and take bold steps toward kingdom assignments. No matter the size of the task given to me, I handle it with ease and produce the expected results because God is with me. Oh Hallelujah!
