DON’T DESECRATE YOURSELF
“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?”
1 Corinthians 3:16 (KJV)
Most born-agains are not conscious of how sacred they have been made in Christ. To be born again is not only to be justified (declared not guilty or declared righteous).
To be born again is to be separated unto God and declared holy.
You are holy because God lives in you. As you are made righteous in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21) and holy, you must live out this righteousness and holiness.
“And to be transformed as you embrace the glorious Christ-within as your new life and live in union with him! For God has re-created you all over again in his perfect righteousness, and you now belong to him in the realm of true holiness.” Ephesians 4:24 (TPT)
When you became born again, God indwelt you through Christ. Now your body is not just a physical structure which contains the organs and various biological systems.
Your body is also a vessel which hosts God’s presence.
“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” 1 Corinthians 3:16 (KJV)
To be God’s temple is to be God’s inner sanctuary. In the Old Covenant, the physical temple hard the outer court, the Holy place and the Most Holy Place.
The Most Holy Place was the inner court. And was referred to as the Holiest Place on Earth.
The presence of God is no longer in the temple made of hands (Acts 7:48).
The veil which separates the Most Holy Place from the Holy Place and the rest of the world was torn in twain, as Jesus hanged on the cross (Luke 23:43-47).
Now the Holiest Place on Earth is not in Jerusalem.
The new creation in Christ is God’s inner sanctuary and the Holiest Place on Earth.
As your body is now the inner sanctuary of God, don’t defile yourself with the activities of this world.
You were designed by God to be a vessel of honor. Your operations must be consistent with this reality.
Though you are God’s temple you can become a vessel unto dishonor by how you function.
There should be no fellowship between you and the world. The more you allow the worldly thought patterns, evil desires, and acts of dishonesty to find expressions through you, the adversary also finds it as an occasion to whisper thoughts of condemnation and guilt.
You are a saint in Christ and made Holy. Refuse to be defiled by this world.
As God’s temple you are God’s property. Let your life and living become a demonstration of His glory.

Boi this statement keeps me maditating
The ultimate Goal of the adversary is that you will stay away from God feel nothing better can be done through you for the Lord so when we allow the worldly desires creep into our heart and acts then we give him the opportunity to accuse us because he is the accuser of the brethren
His is to find spots and blemish in order to capitalize on them to destroy the foundations of our faith that is why we mush remain steadfast in our convictions and be saturated by the spirit so his influence will be more on us in order to act in His ways.
The temple of the Old Testament was just a pictorial representation of what God is doing in us after the complete work of Jesus so God always shows us what he is going to do from the beginning so we know what the end means. So the end of those temples was that God will indwell man and become one with him by an eternal sacrifice of Jesus. Because this sacrifice is eternal he can and will never depart from the temple of man which is not made by hands but woven by the spirit
