No matter how little or how big the matter is, trust the Lord. The Lord will always deliver, protect, defend, preserve, provide, and prosper you. Refuse to limit His ability in you.
    Apostle Bennie
    Author

The steadfast love of God not only partners with God’s wisdom to demonstrate His creative power. The steadfast love of God also partners with God’s power to preserve, protect or defend His people (those who receive His love).

    See verses 10 – 24:

    “God struck down the first-born
in every Egyptian family. God’s love never fails. He rescued Israel from Egypt. God’s love never fails. God used his great strength and his powerful arm.
God’s love never fails. He split the Red Sea[b] apart. God’s love never fails. The Lord brought Israel safely through the sea.
God’s love never fails. He destroyed the Egyptian king
and his army there. God’s love never fails. The Lord led his people through the desert. God’s love never fails. Our God defeated mighty kings. God’s love never fails. And he killed famous kings. God’s love never fails. One of them was Sihon,
king of the Amorites. God’s love never fails. Another was King Og of Bashan. God’s love never fails. God took away their land. God’s love never fails. He gave their land to Israel, the people who serve him. God’s love never fails. God saw the trouble we were in. God’s love never fails. He rescued us from our enemies. God’s love never fails.”

Some assume God’s love is defenseless. That is never true. God can go to any extent by His righteousness to preserve His people against wickedness.

“He gives food to all who live.
     God’s love never fails.”
    (Verse 25)

God’s unfailing and steadfast love partners with God’s wisdom to create. It partners with God’s power to preserve, protect and also to provide.

“Praise God in heaven! God’s love never fails.” (Verse 26).

When you acknowledge and focus on God’s unfailing and steadfast love, your heart will be full of praise. His unconditional love remains steadfast on earth, in heaven and all eternity.

God’s steadfast and unfailing love is proclaimed twenty-six (26) times in Psalm 136.

The consistent repetition of “God’s love never fails” works the truth deeply into our hearts and makes it our conviction, consciousness and confidence.

When you make the testimony of God’s steadfast love your meditation, it will always echo in your heart when there is a storm or any form of uproar or challenge around your life.

Beloved let this be woven in your heart that in all things at all times, GOD’S LOVE NEVER FAILS!

He satisfies you with His love each morning.

    MANIFEST HIS GLORY

“And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit.”

    2 Cor. 3:18 (Amplified)

When you were born again, the Lord made you a partaker of His glory.

The glory of God is in you.

The glory of God is the beauty and excellence of God revealed in your life.
The manifestation of God’s glory is to be seen in every aspect of your life.
Wherever Jesus went and whatever He did, there was the manifestation of the glory of God.

John said, “…we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14 (NKJV)

Whatever you share with Christ becomes the reality of who you are. As you share in the glory of God in Christ Jesus, you also become the glory of God.

As a partaker of the glory of God, you are also designed to show forth or make known His glory in all things.

“But you are God’s chosen treasure—priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience his marvelous light, and now he claims you as his very own. He did this so that you would broadcast his glorious wonders throughout the world.” 1 Peter 2:9 (TPT).

As a partaker of the glory of God, you are mandated to broadcast or announce, or showcase the glory which you have received.

This is the purpose of your calling.

He called you out of darkness, corruption, defeat, failure and brought you into His marvellous light (to make you a light being) that His glory will be seen in you.

You have a duty to bring many to the knowledge of the classic grandeur of God.
The wisdom of God is an expression of God’s glory. The love of God, His goodness, prosperity, peace, healing virtues and power are all expressions of God’s glory.

Remember, the glory of God is the expression of God.

God’s glory or excellence, and beauty must be seen in how you love, speak, and handle situations or responsibilities.

God, who is Spirit and invisible, can be seen and experienced through you. As the embodiment of the glory of God, anyone who interacts with you must behold the majestic excellence of God.

Your words must be full of wisdom and grace. Your work ethic at the office must be a reflection of God’s creativity and excellence.

Anyone who sees you must see the effulgence of Christ.

    Get this:

You don’t manifest the glory of God just by shouting “Gloryyyyyy!!!”

It’s great to celebrate the glory of God and rejoice in it.

However, you manifest the glory of God by showcasing the beautiful heart of God to your world.

HIS GOAL IS NOT FOR YOUR REVERENCE

“For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him”

    John 3:17 (ESV)

You don’t define God’s relationship with man with your head.
Your understanding of God’s relationship with man must be according to the heart of God.

God doesn’t define situations by how we feel, but according to His purpose and grace. Since a lot of people have not experienced the truth of God’s love, they interpret the things of God with their selfish lenses.

For example, some people think that the death of Jesus is in contest for their reverence. Jesus didn’t die for you because He wants you to revere Him by trembling before Him.

Listen, you cannot stand before God in the fullness of His glory and not revere Him.

His goal is not for your reverence, His goal is that you shall have His life and become His expression.

The idea that Jesus died for God to have many worshippers, is not really God’s goal.

Yes, when one beholds God’s love and glory, you cannot than to respond in worship. Worship is our response to who God is. It is not the demand of God.

Also, God wants to have many sons. However, to be a son of God is essentially for the benefit of those who are adopted into sonship. You become an heir of God and enjoy God’s eternal inheritance.

And this is God sharing His life and glory with you.
Jesus didn’t die as sin on the cross to demand your reverence. Though He deserves your reverence, He doesn’t demand it.

His love is not saying “My dear if you don’t reverence me, I will strike you with sickness and diseases. Or I will take My Holy Spirit away from you.”

The loving expression of Christ is not in competition with and for your works and efforts. All you’ve got to do is acknowledge and believe in His finished work, which was achieved through His death and resurrection.

Am I attempting to say, “It is not necessary to revere God?”

    Far from it!

I want you to see the motive of God concerning you.

You are the focus of His love.

God esteems His plans and purposes because they are designed to benefit you in all eternity. God is not looking for the opportunity to condemn you. He wants you to experience His love and saving grace.

In truth, when you come to appreciate His love, you will unforcefully and restfully reverence and express His Love.

GOD DOESN’T PUSH YOU AROUND 1

“If he works severely, he also works tenderly. His stockpiles of loyal love are immense. He takes no pleasure in making life hard, in throwing roadblocks in the way”

    Lamentation 3:33 (MESSAGE)

How do you think God makes things hard for you to get?

God doesn’t deal with you based on the principle of “suffer to gain”.

God doesn’t try to make life hard or make you struggle before you attain success.

He doesn’t make someone’s life easy and the other difficult.

God created both the rich person and the poor person but didn’t create their condition. God doesn’t bring poverty to one and riches to the other. There is no poverty in God.

    God didn’t create suffering.
He takes no pleasure in making anyone’s life hard.
And he doesn’t make anyone’s life hard.

“For everything God made is good…” (1 Timothy 4:4)

The desire of God for you is that you prosper. God doesn’t set limitations in your life.

He doesn’t make things difficult for you before He allows you to access the expected success.

“God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, His Spirit deeply and gently within us.” Ephesians 3:20 (Message)

He works His power through you.

It’s important to understand how God works out His plan for you.

Let’s take the story of Joseph as an example.

Through dreams, Joseph saw the future God had planned for him. He knew what he was going to become and was excited about it.

Now, was it God’s plan for Joseph to be sold as a slave?

Was it God’s plan for Joseph to be thrown into prison?

God’s plan was for Joseph to become a ruler for the preservation of His ultimate plan in Christ (which was wrought in Abraham).

In the working of His plan, there are no crooked paths, neither are there “ups and downs”.

The path the Lord has set for you is smooth.

This is proven by God’s work in creation. God did not create any difficulty for man. All that God did was good and for man’s enjoyment. (Genesis 1:31)

In reality, the first day man saw after the day of his creation (6th day) was the seventh day. The day of rest. This means God didn’t design man for struggle. God designed man to live from His rest.

Thus, man’s pursuit of God’s purpose and living must be according to the REST OF GOD.

However, through the corruption of man in Eden, evil found its way into the hearts and affairs of men.

The day Adam believed in the deception of the adversary, he gave the adversary access to the affairs of men. He now found ways to always corrupt, oppose, and contend with the purpose of God in the people of God.

He always opposes God’s purposes and plans in the lives of God’s people through his evil schemes and plots; which he executes through men who allow their hearts to become breeding grounds for evil.

Nonetheless God in His wisdom takes advantage of the evil plots of men to still execute His purpose.

All that God expects from those who are His, is their obedience to His wisdom and counsel.
See what Joseph said to his brothers:

“You plotted evil against me, but God turned it into good, in order to preserve the lives of many people who are alive today because of what happened.” Genesis 50:20 (Good News Translation)

    Did you read that well?

I believe you did. If not read the verse again.

You see, God did not plot evil against Joseph in His plan. It was the brothers of Joseph who did. God did not plot that Joseph was to be taken to prison. It was Potipher and his wife who did.
Yet in God’s grand scheme as long as Joseph walked in the obedience of His Word, the evil plots were turned to the advantage of Joseph.
All that Joseph did was trust and walk in the obedience of God’s word. And that was a great demonstration of faith. This gave God continuous legal access to execute His plan in Joseph’s life.

This is what God is doing with you and through you. No matter the negative plots of the enemy to stop you from manifesting God’s great plan for you, He is graciously leading you into the fulfillment of His great purpose. Maintain trust in Him through the process.

He is working it out for your good.

    BE TENDER-HEARTED

“Beloved, let us [unselfishly] love and seek the best for one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves [others] is born of God and knows God [through personal experience]”

    1 John 4:7 (Amplified Bible)

Love is to be practiced. You don’t love only by utterance, you love by action.
Demonstrating love towards one another establishes our oneness. The division is the fruit of selfishness. Wherever there is oneness there is love.

To walk in love is according to the supply of God’s love in us.

Even our Lord Jesus demonstrated His love according to how the Father loves him.

“As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love” John 15:9 (KJV).

You continue or remain in His love by enjoying His love in a personal way and expressing that love to others.

Until you understand how love works, you cannot practice this love. We work out God’s love exactly as He has worked His love into us.

In 1 Corinthians 16, we see about fifteen (15) workings of God’s love.

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails….” 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (NKJV)

Paul the apostle, wasn’t trying to define love in these verses; he was laying bare the application of love. He was not speaking of romantic or sentimental relationships.

These things Paul listed are more radical and not mere squishy feelings.

Love is how we live out our empowered relationship with Jesus, through the Holy Spirit.

The love we speak of here is the Greek word “agape”. It is different from “Eros” romantic or intimate love. It is deeper than the romantic love partners profess to each other. Neither is it, “Phileo” the strong love towards a relative.

Agape is the highest dimension of the love of God demonstrated through Christ.

He listed the things which love does and things love doesn’t do. These are not mere emotional depictions of love.

Beloved, without the life of Christ in you, 1 Corinthians 13 is meaningless and inapplicable.

Let’s take a close look at the first two items Paul the apostle mentioned:

    1. Love suffers long
This is not suggesting that you are in endless trouble. This is basically a matter of patience. To say love is patient means love is persistent and purposeful. Patience is the foundational expression of love. It endures without quitting no matter the frustration. This is essentially rooted in the eternal patience of Christ’s love, which He demonstrated towards us.

    2. Love is kind
This is to imitate the kindness of the love of Christ, towards others.
This is to act benevolently or to show oneself useful or helpful to others. To be kind is to be gentle or courteous and polite. This is seen in your benevolent deeds and in how you speak. It is not acting and speaking harshly, sharply, bitterly and disagreeably.

To be kind is to be mild and tender towards others.

Look at what Paul the apostle said to the brethren in Ephesus:

“Be kind and helpful to one another, tender-hearted [compassionate, understanding], forgiving one another [readily and freely], just as God in Christ also forgave you.” Ephesians 4:32 (Amplified Bible)

You must lay aside bitter words, temper tantrums, revenge, profanity, and insults towards the saints and others. Be an example of Christ’s loveliness to your world.

Let humility describe who you are as you dearly love one another.

Beloved, this is the truth about you, because the love of God is poured out into you. Don’t function contrary.

Reach out to a brother or a sister today and demonstrate these acts of patience and kindness.

This is the real you. Go and right the wrongs. Love tenderly!

    Have a blessed day.
