THE BEST COMES OUT OF YOU

“Believe in me so that rivers of living water will burst out from within you, flowing from your innermost being, just like the Scripture says!”

    John 7:38 (TPT)

To be born again is to receive the divine life and to be a partaker of God’s nature.

At the New birth, God indwell you through the Spirit. To have God in you means you are enriched with glory.

This then means that anyone in Christ must not assume they are empty or void of glory.

Some people in Christ don’t walk in the consciousness of what Christ has produced in them. They judge and measure the value of their lives by their outward circumstances.

They judge themselves by some characteristics they used to exude before they got born again.

For example, one will claim that “She has temper issues and lacks patience.”

But how can you lack patience when the endless love of God has cascaded into your hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in you!

To have the Holy Spirit in you is to have the capacity to express God.

To have the Holy Spirit in you means you cannot be void and worthless.
In Genesis 1:2, it was clear that the earth was without form and was void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. However, the moment there was the presence of the Spirit of God upon the face of the waters. The word of God brought forth light amidst this dark situation.

It doesn’t matter how badly your character has been; when you have the Holy Spirit in you, His character saturates your being and gives you the capacity to express His quality.

From the opening verse, we see Jesus making a profound statement:

He said, When you believe in Him, rivers of living water will burst out from within you. This speaks of the Holy Spirit in you. Flowing from your innermost being is the refreshing substance of the Spirit.

Wastage doesn’t come out of you. Dead things don’t come out of you.

The only thing which comes out of you is that which is full of life and living.

Live and walk daily in the consciousness of the quality of the Holy Spirit in you.

No matter how bad or worse you have been in the past, the Holy Spirit in you causes you to express the best of God.

    This is your reality.

WE HEARD THE SPIRIT INTO US

“This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?”

    Galatians 3:2 (KJV)

There are people who have lived their entire lives feeling worthless, irrespective of the success they’ve achieved, because they grew up hearing words of defeat and doubt.

These people lived trying to impress others without the consciousness of their worth.

Words carry the ability to control and influence your entire existence.

Remember, God created the earth by words. He spoke the universe into being. There is nothing God created without first making a creative utterance. Though He formed man, before He made man, He spoke words.

” And God said, Let us make man in our image…” Genesis 1:26 (KJV)

Thoughts and spoken words shape or ruin destinies.

Many have not been able to fulfill their purpose because of the words they heard.

Many others have also found their purpose and walked into glorious manifestation because of the right words they heard.

    Words are spiritual.

Jesus said, “…And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.” (John 6:63)

Which means the more you interact with the words of Jesus, the more you are saturated with the Spirit and life of His words.

There are people who want to grow deeper in communion with the Holy Spirit and yet don’t have much engagement with the glorious gospel of Jesus.

The words of Jesus are the articulation of faith.

The more you hear words of faith, the more your heart is enriched with the impartations of the Holy Spirit.

Paul speaking to the brethren in Galatia established that they did not receive the Spirit as a reward for keeping all the Jewish laws. Instead, they received the Spirit as a gift through the HEARING OF FAITH. As they heard and believed the message of faith, they were able to receive the Spirit.

The message of faith imparts to you with the ability of the Spirit. This is because they are the words of the Spirit of the Lord.

This is why you have to give attention to the scriptures and materials such as Photizo (Compendium of Eternal Verities) and the rich writings on this platform.

They are able to shape your thoughts and cause your heart to be influenced by the power of the Holy Spirit.

People have read these materials and have practically been liberated from several bondages. Some have been made free from negative addiction, suicide, depression, condemnation or sin consciousness, envy, hatred, bitterness, etc.

At the hearing of the revelation of Jesus, you hear into you, the Spirit of Wisdom, the Spirit of Excellence, the Spirit of Counsel, the Spirit of Boldness, the Spirit of Faith, and the Power of the Spirit.

Don’t give your heart to the hearing of negative words. These words are possessed by the Spirit of fear, condemnation, lust, greediness and envy.

Be soaked with the presence of the Holy Spirit as you set your heart on the hearing of faith!

    Selah.

INCREASE THE INFLUENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT OVER YOU

“There is nothing in us that allows us to claim that we are capable of doing this work. The capacity we have comes from God.”

    2 Corinthians 3:5 (GNT)

All that God has put in you is not for you; it is to be a blessing to the nations. The impartation of God’s blessings in you is to cause you to make IMPACT on others.

Whenever God wants to bless a people, He sends a man.

While Joseph was living a challenging life from slavery to prison, God was preparing him to be the escape for Jacob in the days of famine (Genesis 45:7). When Israel agonised with pain in Egypt, God raised Moses and sent him as their deliverer.

However, God gave a word that He would go down to Egypt to save His people Israel. Which means God sending Moses to Egypt was God Himself going to Egypt to save Israel. (Exodus 2:23-25; 3:7-10; Acts 7:33-35).

There are men whom God raised to be channels or conduits of blessings to their generation.

And you (reading this Machaira with Apostle Bennie today) are one of the blessings God has sent to bless this generation.

The grace and abilities of God within you are part of the answers God is sending to this generation at such a time as this.

Nevertheless, you cannot fulfill this great mandate without God. To affect many lives positively, you have to enlarge your capacity.

“Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.” Isaiah 54:2-3 (KJV)

To enlarge your capacity, you must stretch your inner man through consistent and persistent long, intense prayers.

To begin with, I want you to know it is wrong to think short, quick prayers are not prayers. Every prayer is a prayer. The quality of prayer is not really how long you’ve prayed. The quality of prayer is how well it is founded on the word of God.

Every prayer rooted in the Word is effective!

     THEREFORE, NO MATTER WHAT, PRAY!

So then, if even short, quick prayers can be effective, much more so when you give yourself to consistent, long, intense prayers?

The idea of consistent, long intense prayers is not about God expecting you to beg Him for long before He does something for you. Consistent, long, intense prayers are about having quality time with the Spirit.

The longer you spend time with the Spirit of the Lord in prayer, the stronger His influence on you becomes.

The Spirit of God enlarges your spirit and strengthens your inner man. The anointing of the Holy Spirit on you becomes stronger.

Are you wondering what to say or pray about?

    Cheer up!

There is the gift of praying in the spirit. To pray in the Spirit includes praying in other tongues.

    Get this:

“The one who speaks in tongues advances his own spiritual progress…” 1 Corinthians 14:4 (TPT)

Since tongues speaking will cause you to advance your spiritual progress, or edify (embolden, build or construct your inner man), then do it more to make more spiritual progress!

Beloved, even ten minutes of tongues speaking will build your spirit. Therefore, make time to pray in tongues for 30 or 60 minutes; then grow it to 2 hours, and then 6 hours.

The longer you pray in the spirit, the stronger you are built and enlarged by the Spirit of God.

    What are you waiting for?

Come on, start speaking in tongues. EDIFY YOURSELF! INCREASE CAPACITY FOR GREATER IMPACT.

    Hallelujah!

    WHERE IS YOUR STRENGTH?

“For I am Yahweh your God, who strongly takes hold of your right hand, Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.”

    Isaiah 41:13 (Legacy Standard Bible)

One of the greatest signs of maturity is dependence on God.

In the society we find ourselves today, most people see dependence as weakness and others also see it as immaturity.

But that is not the situation in God.

The more you grow in your relationship with God or as you mature in Him, the more you realise you have to depend on Him.
The immatured ones don’t depend on God.

Dependence on God is not a sign of weakness. Dependence on God is a quality of wisdom and humility.

It takes a lot of pride to think you don’t need God.

    Such people don’t pray.

They do everything with their own strength and understanding.

The wise in Christ trust in God’s strength. They don’t try to use their own strength. They depend and utilize the strength of God’s resources.

Just think about it, trying to use your limited resources to accomplish an assignment of the Limitless God?

A man who has accomplished great things with God and made an impact which has shaped culture, is a man who has absolute dependence on God.

Paul the apostle showed us the secret to His great accomplishments.

“…by the grace of God I have laboured more than they all…” (1 Corinthians 15:10).

The Lord who made you, knows the weight of the assignment He has entrusted to you; therefore He has made abundance of resources and grace available for your benefits. Yours is to take advantage of these resources.

David said to Goliath,  “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied” 1 Samuel 17:45 (NKJV)

Don’t confront any assignment or task or life situation by your strength.

    Deploy the tools of God.

Let your confidence be in the Lord. As you spend time in prayer and the meditation of the word, He will show you what to do.

    Where is your strength?

    Just as the Lord spoke through the Prophet Isaiah (as quoted in the opening verse), He is still speaking to you today;

“For I am Yahweh your God, who strongly takes hold of your right hand,
Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.”

Beloved, don’t be afraid. The Lord knows what is at stake. He will not leave you. He is strongly holding your hand and is with you as your helper. Depend on Him at all times.

Don’t be like the people of the world.

    Let this be your testimony:

“Some find their strength in their weapons and wisdom, but my miracle deliverance can never be won by men. Our boast is in the Lord our God, who makes us strong and gives us victory!” Psalm 20:7 (TPT)

EPISODE 804 – BURN WITH ZEAL FOR GOD’S ASSIGNMENT

    CHRIST COMMONWEALTH-COMMUNITY

    The Love-Life Agency

Most at times it is not what is happening to you that matters, rather it is the VOICE you are hearing that matters. The voice you hear and respond to is what influences your life. Do you hear the voice of your fears, worry, pain and struggle or you hear the voice of the Lord? Selah.

BURN WITH ZEAL FOR GOD’S ASSIGNMENT

“For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.”

    Psalm 69:9 (KJV)

Beloved, your zeal defines the intensity with which you handle Kingdom responsibilities.

Your zeal towards God’s work is intensified when you train yourself to commune with the Lord and to immerse your emotions, will and mind in the Lord.

You cannot be effective in your service of the Kingdom without the zeal of the Lord.

“Be enthusiastic to serve the Lord, keeping your passion toward Him boiling hot! Radiate with the glow of the Holy Spirit and let Him fill you with excitement as you serve Him”. Romans 12:11 (TPT)

The level at which you are immersed in the zeal of the Lord will determine how you pursue the excellence of God’s will.

There is a way God wants His work to be done. When your heart is boiling with the passion to see Kingdom success, you cannot entertain complacency.

There are some who think they don’t have a burning passion or zeal for anything at all.

    That’s not really true.

Everyone has a zeal for something.
There is no one without zeal.

Some have a zeal towards someone they want to marry. Others have a zeal for drugs. Some have an unquenchable zeal towards the football club they support.

Some have zeal for the religious group they belong.

People can zealously kill for something.

    [pff-paystack id=”37534″]

Zeal is the boiling passion within a man’s heart. Zeal in itself doesn’t know what is right or wrong.

Zeal gravitates towards the interest or focus of your heart.

Paul persecuted the Church because of his assumed zeal for God and the Jewish traditions. He didn’t know he was using his zeal to persecute God’s people. (Philippians 3:6).

There are people who are zealous towards their family interests, academic interests, and the interests of their company and care little about the Kingdom of God.

Is it wrong to genuinely care for your family, academic, and company interests?

    Certainly not.

However, as one who is in the Kingdom, the interest of the Kingdom must come first.  Your zeal must gravitate towards the refulgence and spreading of the Kingdom.

What can you sacrifice for the Kingdom of God?

When your zeal burns towards the growth and excellence of the Kingdom, you will not be complacent in any way. You will not procrastinate, nor will you sit on the fence. You will take the initiative. The zeal of the Lord will drive you not only to have a sense of responsibility, but to take responsibility.

When the Jews had lost their sense of zeal towards the purpose of the temple, they allowed the temple to become a religious shopping mall instead of what it was meant to be.

“As he went into the temple courtyard, he noticed it was filled with merchants selling oxen, lambs, and doves for exorbitant prices, while others were overcharging as they exchanged currency behind their counters. So Jesus found some rope and made it into a whip. Then he drove out every one of them and their animals from the courtyard of the temple, and he kicked over their tables filled with money, scattering it everywhere! And he shouted at the merchants, “Get these things out of here! Don’t you dare make my Father’s house into a center for merchandise!” That’s when his disciples remembered the Scripture: “I am consumed with a fiery passion to keep your house pure!” John 2:14-17 (TPT).

The Jewish leaders didn’t care what was done with the temple. They were complacent in seeing to the fulfilment of the purpose of God. However, Jesus felt otherwise.

He couldn’t stand to watch the corruption of the purpose of the temple.

He had a burning passion for God’s house. He was ready to put His life on the line just to enforce the will of God.

Culture your heart to burn with zeal towards God’s assignment.
