What you do must be according to the Lord’s due order of greatness. Don’t just do things for God and call them great. It is the things which God has designed you to do that must be done. Whatever God has called you to do, the intention and purposes has been foreordained. Selah.

    YOU ARE A LIFE DISPENSER

“The Scriptures tell us, “The first man, Adam, became a living person.” But the last Adam—that is, Christ—is a life-giving Spirit”

    1 Corinthians 15:45 (NLT)

As I wrote in the previous episode, “The Best Comes Out of You”,  I explained that the born again has the divine life as his or her life. And he is also a partaker of God’s nature.

God dwells in you through the Spirit. The Holy Spirit in you also means you have the capacity to express God, just as Jesus did.

The expression of God is the reality of the believer as one brought into sonship.

To express God is to demonstrate and dispense His life.

Jesus said, “…I am come that you have life and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10).

Jesus didn’t come to dispense death nor darkness because He is LIFE. And His Life is the light of men.

He said to Martha, “I am the resurrection, and the Life”

Anything that comes out of Jesus is LIFE.

He is not as the first Adam who is a living soul. Paul the Apostle refers to him as the Life-giving Spirit.

“The Scriptures tell us, “The first man, Adam, became a living person.” But the last Adam—that is, Christ—is a life-giving Spirit” 1 Corinthians 15:45 (NLT)

And the beautiful thing is this, as the Lord is so are you.

As He is Light, so has He made us Light (John 8:12; Matthew 5:14).

As He is righteous, even so has He made us the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). As He is a King, He has made us kings and priests (Revelation 1:6).

Therefore as He is a Life-giving Spirit, He has also made us life-giving spirits.

As a born again, you don’t only have the life of God, you have the capacity of God to shine forth His light and show forth His glory!

You have the capacity and the mandate to bring many into the participation of His life.

As one whose spirit is mingled with the life-giving Spirit, you have the ability to dispense the life of God in every place.

Which means darkness and anything of death cannot prevail in your sphere.

Go forth this day as a distributor of the Life of God.

    Hallelujah!

    LIVE AND ENJOY TODAY

“Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.”

    Matthew 6:34 (TPT)

There have been several teachings and trainings about planning for the future.

People spend hours and days looking into how the future will be. They make plans, save, and make possible projections for the future. They live each day anticipating the future.

Inasmuch as it is never wrong to plan and prepare for the future, understand that the outcome of the future is not how you try to think about it. The beauty of the future is in how best you live today.

Most have lived each day thinking about the future so much that they end up not enjoying the present.

Meanwhile, without the present, there is no future. Until the present is accomplished, the future will not come. The future waits for the completion of the present.

And as long as we are bound by time, every future you look forward to will soon become history. There is no tomorrow which will remain tomorrow. Every tomorrow will become today and then become yesterday.

There are many who don’t maximize today because their minds are fixated on tomorrow.

Why must you live in anxiety and worry about the future whiles you have today?

You can make plans for tomorrow, but today serves as the foundation for tomorrow.

Imagine a student preparing for exams, and all he is doing today is thinking about the exams tomorrow.

Thinking and worrying about the exams you have tomorrow will not give you a new excellent results.

You will not be awarded marks for working about tomorrow.

How can you have a job interview tomorrow and you are locked up in the anxiety of the possible outcome of the interview.

Those who make decisions to live and enjoy today are those prepared for tomorrow.

The best way to be ready tomorrow is to invest your time properly.

No matter the vision you have to fulfill, remember each day forms part of the fulfilment of the vision. Therefore, exercise yourself towards the vision phase by phase. One day at a time.

This is how great people live. No matter the task ahead of them, they take little steps each day. People on the outside may see the huge giant step, but those who accomplish greatness know it took the little daily steps they made.

Did you read the opening scripture?

Let’s have another look at it:

“Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.”

You don’t have to burry your mind in tomorrow’s challenges.

    Don’t waste today!

Take advantage of the resources of God to produce great results today.

Enjoy the presence of the Lord, maximize His grace and make the most of every God-given opportunity available to you today.

    HAVE YOU SUBMITTED?

So submit to [the authority of] GodResist the devil [stand firm against him] and he will flee from you.

    James 4:7 (Amplified Bible)

The word ‘submission’ has been a “No…No” word for most people today.

There are some people who grew up in homes where love wasn’t expressed. They saw their frustrated parents as tyrants. Some were forced to submit to strict, ungodly rules and authorities in their schools or workplaces.
Others became victims of bullies who forced them to do things against their own will.
The wicked structure of the world has given people the wrong impression about submission. They think submission is preached in Church, just to control people and force them to do things against their will.

They have equated submission to fear and oppression. The adversary has succeeded in making people feel God has no good plans for them. Thus, submitting to God is never going to bring them to an expected glorious end.

This has always been the strategy of the enemy. These were the same seeds he sowed in the hearts of Adam, and generated unbelief.
God has a beautiful plan for your life. And submitting to God is submitting to a loving father.
If you can submit yourself to a pilot in a plane, then you should submit to God who made the universe.
Submission to God is bringing yourself under His influence and authority. It is yielding to His will for your life.

Someone will say, “I said it, he wants me to submit to God against my will. Apostle is writing this to tell me to put my will aside and accept the will of God”.

    Interesting, what is your will?

Your will wasn’t conditioned to function without God. A man’s will is cultivated by his environment.
Which means your will is always submitted to something.  And here, I am helping you find a better expression of your will.
Until you submit your will to the Lord, you cannot live according to God’s original, glorious design for you.
Submission to God is a sign of a mature life in Christ.

A man who is submissive to God walks in the obedience of God’s word. The word of God becomes the light and arrangement of his thoughts and actions.

A man who is submitted to God cannot be controlled by the flesh and the world. Such a person exercises authority over the devil.

So submit to [the authority of] God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him] and he will flee from you. James 4:7.

To submit to God is the enjoyment of grace, direction and divine elevation.

Beloved, as the blessed of the Lord, you are lavished by the Lord with super-abundance. You have the capacity and ability to generate resources. Refuse to think POOR! Selah!
    Apostle Bennie

And instead of being drunk, Paul admonishes the brethren not to be like the others who are in the night, and under the influence of darkness. He charges them to be sober. As I explained the meaning of being sober (“nēphō”), it is to be wineless or totally free from mental and spiritual intoxication.

    Paul gave another similar illustration to the brethren in Ephesus;

“And don’t get drunk with wine, which is rebellion; instead be filled with the fullness of the Holy Spirit.” Ephesians 5:18 (TPT)

To the Thessalonians he admonished them not to be as others who sleep and get drunk at night. But they should be sober-minded because they are of the light. Then he admonished the Ephesians to not be drunk with wine (to be wineless, sober and self-control); and to be continuously filled and saturated with the Holy Spirit.

    Did you get it?

Let’s go over it briefly again:

To be sober-minded is literally to be wineless or free from intoxication. However, this sobriety is not being empty headed, but fully saturated with the Holy Spirit.

Thus, as you behold the coming of the Lord you must be fully saturated by the Holy Spirit. Moreover, understand that the Holy Spirit is given as the guarantee that we are the Lord’s.

This is then the testimony that when the Lord comes, He is coming for you because you are His.

Don’t be distracted and dominated by the deception of the adversary. Live daily under the influence of the Holy Spirit and you shall graciously demonstrate sobriety

A GREAT SECRET TO MULTIPLY GRACE

“…God resists you when you are proud but multiplies grace and favor when you are humble.”

    1 Peter 5:5 (TPT)

Paul the apostle was clear on this: “I am what I am by the grace of God.”

He knew he couldn’t achieve anything without the supply of God. Grace is God’s supply to you.

(To read more on Grace, get  my new COMPENDIUM OF ETERNAL Verities, PHOTIZO ALPHA EDITION)

Jesus, as the embodiment of Grace, said, Without me you can do nothing.

The grace of God is essential for living out God’s purpose and fulfilling ministry.

Grace is the economy of God’s household. It is the substance of God’s dealings with men. While faith is the substance of our dealings with God.

Though every believer has access to the enjoyment of grace, it takes more than being born again to enjoy the multiplication of grace.

From the opening verse, you will see that pride is a hindrance to the multiplication of grace. God multiplies grace and favour to the humble.

Humility is one of the greatest secrets to the enjoyment of multiplied grace. It takes humility to submit to God’s supply.

To be proud towards God is to subtly esteem yourself above God’s graciousness.

Thus, the pride-filled person sets himself up as a resistance to the grace of God.

In his writing to the saints in Philippi, Paul the apostle addressed how satisfied he would be to see the brethren work together in love. However, the possibility of that togetherness is dependent on how they walk in humility.

Paul explained how one can exercise himself or herself in humility.

Please take a look at these scriptures:

“So I’m asking you, my friends, that you be joined together in perfect unity—with one heart, one passion, and united in one love. Walk together with one harmonious purpose and you will fill my heart with unbounded joy.
Be free from pride-filled opinions, for they will only harm your cherished unity. Don’t allow self-promotion to hide in your hearts, but in authentic humility put others first and view others as more important than yourselves. Abandon every display of selfishness. Possess a greater concern for what matters to others instead of your own interests. And consider the example that Jesus, the Anointed One, has set before us. Let his mindset become your motivation”
    Philippians 2:2-5 (TPT)

Here are a few characteristics of the humble reading through the verses:

    – The humble is compassionate.
    – The humble lives under God’s Leadership.
    – The humble surrenders to God.
    – The humble knows how to communicate in love. He’s a master communicator.
    – The humble is obedient.
    – The humble has a thankful heart.
    – The humble is wise and demonstrates wisdom by following the example of Jesus.

Walk in humility to unlock the supply of multiplied grace in your life.

    PROFIT FROM TRIALS

“Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner.”

    1 Peter 4:13 (Message Bible)

No evil comes from God, because there is no evil in Him.
“They will declare, “The LORD is just! He is my rock! There is no evil in him!” Psalm 92:15 (NKJV)

Every good and perfect gift comes from God (James 1:17). The plans of God for you are plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Though you will face divers trials in this journey of faith, God doesn’t manufacture trials for you. God only takes advantage of these trials to help you produce patience.

As a believer, don’t turn your back on God because of the challenges you go through. Don’t conclude that God has left you. God is on the job behind the scenes to make you profit.

When you are confronted by challenges, don’t be drawn away from God. Learn to remain resolute in the word of God.

    You profit from challenges.

All things work together for your good.

“Friends, when life gets really difficult, don’t jump to the conclusion that God isn’t on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner.” 1 Peter 4:12-13 (The Message Bible)

Don’t let life challenges break you! See the trials and challenges as a spiritual refining process. And have the conviction that your glory and celebration are around the corner.

Therefore, you must have an attitude of joy when you are going through trials. To maintain an attitude of joy means that you have the assurance that glory is coming!

Don’t just go through the trials. Don’t just go through the challenges.

Do you feel devastated because of the trials?
Because you are with God and He is working behind the scenes, know that you shall make bountiful profit of patience and glory through these trials.
Take a look at Paul’s conviction:

“I want you to know, dear ones, what has happened to me has not hindered, but helped my ministry of preaching the gospel, causing it to expand and spread to many people. For now the elite Roman guards and government officials overseeing my imprisonment have plainly recognized that I am here because of my love for the Anointed One. And what I’m going through has actually caused many believers to become even more courageous in the Lord and to be bold and passionate to preach the Word of God, all because of my chains.” Philippians 1:12-14 (TPT)
