DON’T DELAY
“We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent us. The night is coming, and then no one can work.”
John 9:4 (NLT)
Beloved God has trusted you with His glorious gospel.
To carry out the assignment to spread the gospel is to carry out God’s great plan.
Though God’s plan is eternal, it is to be accomplished in time. God’s eternal plan of salvation has been programmed to be accomplished in time.
God, who has been in all eternity, entered time (which is a spot in eternity) and was revealed (as Jesus) to fulfil the eternal purpose and plan.
Our Lord Jesus said:
“We need to be energetically at work for the One who sent me here, working while the sun shines. When night falls, the workday is over.” John 9:4 (MSG)
Every saint must have this mind-attitude set of Jesus.
There is a time bound to this work. It is not going to continue forever.
A day is going to come when soul-winning will end.
There is an expected time in God’s eternal calendar when the gospel must reach all men, then the end shall come.
And day by day, the end of this work draws close.
You can’t afford to procrastinate. You have to get up and be about the Father’s business.
We are in the harvest season for souls. This season will be over soon. The question at the end will be: HOW MANY SOULS DID YOU GATHER FOR THE LORD?
This is why you are here, beloved, to accomplish the task of saving men.
This is the harvest time, ACT QUICKLY AND ENERGETICALLY.
During our Bible reading plan last two years, Proverbs 10:5 caught my attention again.
“A wise youth harvests in the summer, but one who sleeps during harvest is a disgrace” Proverbs 10:5 (NLT)
Are you wise, or are you a disgrace?
You must know the season you are in and get serious with this ministry task. Make the most of this opportunity, for the time comes when there will be no such opportunity.
Look at the same verse in the Passion Translation:
“Know the importance of the season you’re in and a wise son you will be. But what a waste when an incompetent son sleeps through his day of opportunity!” Proverbs 10:5 (TPT)
Act quickly on the ideas the Lord is putting in your heart.
The things the Lord is inspiring you to do are the things He wants to do. Be the body and the person the Lord will use to accomplish His task quickly.
Don’t hesitate!
Don’t make excuses!
Don’t think it is not time yet!
The time is now.
You are in the body of Christ at such a time to accomplish your purpose.
Get to work quickly and energetically.
Don’t delay with that giving. Don’t delay with the outreach plan. Don’t delay with those great ideas.

WE PRAY
– The grace to be diligent in work the Lord has entrusted unto us.
– That we will not cast away our confidence in the work of ministry, rather hold on steadfastly till the end working diligently with a strong sense of urgency.

DECLARE THESE WORDS:
– I refuse to procrastinate what the Lord has instructed me to do.
– I don’t give excuses.
– I don’t hesitate.
– I act now.
– I get the job done on time.
– Whatever the Lord has entrusted into my hands to do, I do it with all diligence and I see the results thereof.
– I am a faithful laborer.
– I labour in and out season.
– I get myself busy with the Lord’s assignment.
– I don’t waste the grace of God bestowed unto me.
– I make each day count for the assignment the Lord has entrusted unto me.
– I go every length to get the job done.
– I keep a sense of urgency in all things.
Ohh Hallelujah!!! Gloreeeey!
I get the job done on time
I step out
I show up
I am wise
I am diligent
Thank you Lord
Thank You Holy Ghost.
I take charge now.
I choose not to delay
I choose to make good of time for kingdom assignment
The things the Lord is inspiring me to do are the very things He wants to do!!
Thank you Lord for the privilege to be a co-labourer in working out your plans and purpose!!
I get to work quickly and energetically !!
Philippians 3:12-14 MSG
[12-14] I’m not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don’t get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back.
Thank you Lord Jesus
Thank you, Lord Jesus for this charge!
I must work the work of Him who sent me while it is day, for the night comes where no one can work.
This is remarkable!
God’s plans are eternal yet have to be completed in time. God first came into time to offer an eternal sacrifice to bring us to the place of sanctification to do His eternal work in time.
And this is good news and will require our urgency!

I keep a sense of urgency in all things.
I get the job done.
I am diligent in doing what the Lord has entrusted in my care.
I don’t hesitate
I dont delay !!!!!

This is a call to quickly work out the inspirations of the Lord on our hearts.
I make each day count for the assignment the Lord has entrusted unto me.
God has called us out with a unique ability to make sure his grand plan is fulfilled but the fact that we are called doesn’t mean people will be initiated automatically so as we were reached out to so do we also reach out to many in different ways
The media is now a world on its own where. You can reach many at a go and disciple many without even having physical contact
That is why God has given our man of God the inspiration to set up the Digital church to do more
Along side the physical outreaches and followups but in all without the spirit none of these are possible so we need to engage more with the heavenly headquarters for direction to execute
