SIXTEEN PROJECTILES TO INTERCEPT 10
“so that we would not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs.”
2 Corinthians 2:11(ESV)
The strength and strategy of the devil are exuded by his negative projectiles in the mind of a believer. He doesn’t have a greater authority than the one born again in Christ. He doesn’t have any control until you allow his schemes to invade your mental space.
I am sharing these things with you so that you will not be caught unawares by the devil. He thrives through moments when you are in:
1. Disappointment
2. Discouragement
3. Despair
4. Doubt
5. Disbelief
6. Distraction
7. Double-mindedness
8. Deception
9. Dullness
10. Deadliness
The 11th projectile is DELAY.
He also takes advantage of DELAY or procrastination to disrupt the progress a believer should make.
Delay is mostly caused by distraction.
The moment you allow yourself to be distracted, you will procrastinate and delay your response to a divine instruction. As harmless as it may seem, it is another dangerous and deadly projectile of the devil. This can suffocate you from fulfilling purpose.
Whatever God tells you to do or whatever you are inspired in your heart to do unto God’s glory, don’t procrastinate.
See Jesus’ response to the young men who were making an excuse:
“On the road someone asked if he could go along. “I’ll go with you, wherever,” he said. Jesus was curt: “Are you ready to rough it? We’re not staying in the best inns, you know.” Jesus said to another, “Follow me.” He said, “Certainly, but first excuse me for a couple of days, please. I have to make arrangements for my father’s funeral.” Jesus refused. “First things first. Your business is life, not death. And life is urgent: Announce God’s kingdom!” Then another said, “I’m ready to follow you, Master, but first excuse me while I get things straightened out at home.” Jesus said, “No procrastination. No backward looks. You can’t put God’s kingdom off till tomorrow. Seize the day.” Luke 9:57-62 (Message Translation)
From the responses of Jesus, you can tell, that delay or procrastination is not an option.
Don’t allow the adversary to make you act with no sense of urgency when it comes to the things of the Kingdom and your spiritual development.
Attend to these things with promptness of heart.
Don’t delay!!!
The 12th Projectile I want to point out to you is DISHONESTY.
To be dishonest is to turn against your true identity and reality. This is a projectile of the adversary that makes most believers live without any sense of responsibility and confidence.
To be dishonest is to imitate the father of all lies, the devil (John 8:44).
“We reject every shameful cover-up and refuse to resort to cunning trickery or distorting the Word of God. Instead, we open up our souls to you by presenting the truth to everyone’s conscience in the sight and presence of God” 2 Corinthians 4:2 (TPT).
Paul the apostle refers to DISHONESTY as a shameful cover-up.
Remember, the corruption of Man began with the belief they had in the deception of the devil. This deception produced a false identity in the mind of man. And that is what DISHONESTY does to you.
To be dishonest is to accept a false identity of your true self.
God has made you righteous and begotten you with an incorruptible seed. Resist every form of incorruptibility.
Shalom!
I do not Procastinate!
The basics every believer must be armed with.
Thank you Apostle Sir
I refuse to be dominated by the flesh . Glory to God
I walk in the spirit.
Gloreeyy
I resist every form of incorruptiblility
I resist every form of corruptibility in Jesus name.
I refuse to be dominated by the flesh
Delay and dishonesty are far from reach..
I resist any form of corruptibility.
No matter how subtle..I refuse to be dishonest.
To be dishonest is to accept a false identity of your true self.
