THE FELLOWSHIP AND SOURCE OF TRUE WISDOM 2

“For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.”

Proverbs 2:6 (KJV)

It is interesting how most people think they can access True Wisdom in the strangest places on earth.

Some sought for Wisdom from the biggest library in the world. Others travel to the far East to search for Wisdom among the orientals.

The question is, what kind of Wisdom are you looking for?

Oh, is it the Wisdom of men or demonic wisdom?

Among men and demonic cults, there are bodies of knowledge and experiences which are developed and aggregated as wisdom.

Though this body of knowledge and experiences are referred to as wisdom, they are nothing close to the PURE AND TRUE WISDOM OF GOD.

They are not transcendent and have no timeless preeminence.

“But the wisdom from above is always pure, filled with peace, considerate and teachable. It is filled with love and never displays prejudice or hypocrisy in any form” James 3:17 (TPT)

So there is a Wisdom from above and there is a wisdom of men. 

The wisdom from men is  earthly, unspiritual and devilish or demonic. (See James 3:15).

The Wisdom from above is the Heavenly Wisdom or the Divine Wisdom. It is God’s kind of Wisdom.

This Wisdom can only be accessed in God.

Those who have given themselves to their own imaginations and turned away from God, pursue wisdom from the created things or creation instead of the Creator. 

Do I deny the intelligent  design in creation?

Not at all. 

There is a display of excellence within creation which marvels every observer. 

Yet, no man should make the created things their ultimate source of Wisdom.

Men bow and submit their minds and will to the intelligence of creation. They idolise the created things and make them their source and confidence of wisdom. They turn away from the eternal Wisdom of God; and then depend on the lies and fables constructed through demonic deceptive thoughts. They then establish these deceptive demonic thoughts as their Wisdom.

They observe and experiment with the stars, the seas or the ocean, water bodies, beasts of the field, climatic occurrences, strange plants and even some man-made objects to obtain certain knowledge which resonates with their imagined belief system; they then establish those body of knowledge and experiences as their Wisdom. This is passed  on from one generation to the other as their traditions. 

Some of these traditions are ordained by men as  ancient landmarks.

Precious one, any landmark which doesn’t have the knowledge of Christ as its essence and expression, is a mere tradition built with deception as the core of its foundation. 

Why make the finite and temporal entities your source of Wisdom, instead of the DESIGNER OF ALL CREATION — GOD?

The created things are articulations and display of a dimensional glory of  Wisdom’s handiwork. They are not the crust or embodiment of Wisdom.

You may even think true and pure wisdom comes with age. Age is not necessarily the accumulation of wisdom.  Age is an accumulation of experiences. Experiences are limited by a persons level of exposure. This is why experience is not the best teacher.

Pay attention to what Elihu said,

” I said, ‘Age should speak, And multitude of years should teach wisdom.’

But there is a spirit in man, And the breath of the Almighty gives him understanding. Great men are not always wise,

Nor do the aged always understand justice.” Job 32:7-9 (NKJV).

Pure and true Wisdom emanates from the Almighty God.
