THE BLESSINGS OF GIVING 4 – MULTIPLIED RESOURCES
” And [God] Who provides seed for the sower and bread for eating will also provide and multiply your [resources for] sowing and increase the fruits of your righteousness [[e]which manifests itself in active goodness, kindness, and charity]. 2 Corinthians 9:10 (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition)
In as much as we give because we love the Lord, there are fruits of our giving.
We have seen from previous discussions that, every cheerful, joyous prompt to do it giver:
1. Is supplied with more abundance of grace to give.
It takes grace to give not not only huge bank balance. Just as we saw from 2 Corinthians 8, how the Macedonians gave willingly beyond their ability.
Paul, the apostle admonished the brethren in Corinth to also increase in this grace of giving.
Basically, it takes grace to give. When you set your affection on the Lord and make a decision to give, you stir up the grace to give.
Now the moment you start giving, the Lord causes more grace to abound towards you, to make you sufficient enough to give more by grace.
2. Is ESTEEMED BY GOD. God delights in you and He is unwilling to do without you.
Today we look at the THIRD benefit or fruits of CHEERFUL or JOYOUS PROMPT GIVING:
3. GOD PROVIDES AND MULTIPLIES YOUR RESOURCES.
This is not to be confused with God supplying you with grace. For God to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) abound towards you, is to supply you with an inward quality which makes you live a blessed life or a life of blessing.
Favor and earthly blessing can be experienced but not be seen with our physical eyes.
Just as Jacob left His Father’s house with a special blessing of the covenant, yet he didn’t look like it. David was anointed King of Israel and yet he didn’t look like a King (see 1 Samuel 16 -17). The super abounding grace (every favor and earthly blessing) God supplies is inherent.
However, for God to provide and multiply your resources is a material increase. Have this expectation of faith that as you give, the Lord causes more resources to gravitate towards you.
” And [God] Who provides seed for the sower and bread for eating will also provide and multiply your [resources for] sowing and increase the fruits of your righteousness [which manifests itself in active goodness, kindness, and charity].
Thus you will be enriched in all things and in every way, so that you can be generous, and [your generosity as it is] administered by us will bring forth thanksgiving to God.” 2 Corinthians 9:10-11 (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition).
Again, I have to emphasis this, God’s goal of providing and multiplying your resources is to make you A MORE GENEROUS PERSON.
The secret to attract or to be entrusted by God with more resources is to be a cheerful, joyous prompt to do it GIVER.
As you are in business, the Lord favors you with more partners and clients.
You enjoy special help and magnetize glorious things. This doesn’t mean you may not be confronted by challenges, the point is you sail above it through faith.

– I don’t withhold my money. I give out joyously as the Lord inspires me.
– I have the heart and the mind of a giver.
– This week I give greatly into the Lord’s assignment.
– The Lord has engraced and enabled me to give more.
– I increase and abound in this giving grace massively.
– The Lord is my provider and multiplies my resources.
– I give under all circumstances (no matter the situation)
– I am willing to give whatever the need (the obligation, requirement, task, project, burden, mission, the necessity, irrespective of the size or greatness of the work)
– I am a self-sufficient giver by the grace of God.
– I possess enough and require no aid or support to give.
– I am furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation.

The Lord is providing and multiplying my resources

I am a prompt to do it giver and my heart is in my giving.
I give greatly into the Lord’s work.
I am a son of consolation.
Because of me the work of God is done with ease.

It ia ao amazing the way David praised the LORD GOD after his giving..
The Bible also mentions that the people did not give mere resources but they also gave resources in abundance.
As I honor the highest God with my wealth, He causes my barns to overflow with abundance. Glory to God!
